Use virwox.com to buy using paypal. The fees might be around 15% but they deliver the coins quickly.

Err, America isn't a race. It's a country that half the world hates because of stupid people like you. So no, I wasn't being racist.

really? thanks! didnt know this! hopefully they will expand soon!

I signed up a few days ago and attempted to add money. They verified my Visa correctly however are denying any attempt to add funds, my bank isn't receiving verification requests. The issue is systemic and affecting people in various countries.

I contacted Circle support, they just said they're aware of the issue and are attempting to fix it.

Why not use circle to buy with your credit card?

Circle doesn't work with many credit cards outside of the U.S., there are plenty of posts on reddit with users confirming this.

So you are being Racist now?

And you are putting words in the OPs mouth.
He NEVER claimed that paypal rejected his bank.  He said that he has NO bank account.  Which is bullshit.

Err, America isn't a race. It's a country that half the world hates because of stupid people like you. So no, I wasn't being racist.

If you could read, I implied that Paypal isn't compatible with every bank in every country. Infact, it takes about a week just to link an Australian bank account to Paypal.

Clearly a world where people don't have cars, don't eat McDonald's and don't have television delivered by cable is impossible in your head. That's really sad for you.

We are in the English section, so we can assume he is in the UK or USA.
Paying your ISP in cash means you have a car to drive to your ISP and pay them.
It also means that you have an apartment or house for your ISP to wire up your connection.
It also means you have electricity, water, garbage, and rent.
There is no fucking way you or the op do not have a bank account, unless you are intentionally trying to live OFF the grid.
In the case of living off the grid, you would not have internet to your house, or electricity.

Sounds fishy to me.

It sounds like you're just utterly stupid. Or American.

I live in Australia, so you probably think that's somewhere near Seattle.

How the hell do you need a car to drive to your ISP? Ever considered the local Post Office takes cash payments? Not to mention there are hundreds of my ISPs stores around the country.

Have you even stopped to consider that the OP might speak English but lives in a country where Paypal doesn't support bank debits? No, you didn't. Because you think the entire world fits in the United States.

FFS, seriously.

So you are being Racist now?

He NEVER claimed that paypal rejected his bank.  He said that he has NO bank account.  Which is bullshit.

You are also stupid if you put cash in the mail.
You are just making EXCUSES by nagging at possible ways to explain how he has
1) A computer
2) an Internet connection
3) A house or apartment for internet
4) A power bill that comes with the house
5) A garbage bill
6) Rent or mortgage
Cool Water bill
9) A job to pay for all those bills
10)  You never noticed that I skipped number 7 because you are Australian.

All those things and no bank account?  Bullshit.

You are going to invent possible ways that he lives an Amish lifestyle yet has the internet and no bank account.  ha ha.. sure.

Perhaps you need to get a bank account then.  You have a computer, and online access.
I assume you have a credit card to pay your Internet bill.
If you have a credit card, you have a bank account.

That's probably not fair. I can pay for my ISP bill with cash, we also don't know which country the OP lives.

Yes you can tell me that you pay all your bills with cash used to purchase money orders, and that you mail those money orders to all of your utility/rent/ISP places, or that you live on welfare and the government covers most of that.

At that point I will just say the OP or you, are lying because if you have gone to that much trouble to avoid getting a bank account that would make your life easier, then you must be a fugitive or a scammer looking to be untraceable.
Why bother with bitcoin if you are that poor.
Bitcoin has the anonymous element when you spend or receive it, but if you also tell me you don't have a bank account, you are just lying because you want to be anonymous.

OP need to find a BTC ATM, and wear a ski mask when putting cash into the machine because the machine has a camera.

Sounds fishy to me.

No need for PayPal. Just use Circle.com and link your bank account and buy BTC directly. Probably the easiest way to get BTC at this point.

Oh nvm, didn't read the no bank account part.

Go verified your pp and use Virwox

I don't have a bank acc to verify it.. and I won't have a bank acc anytime soon..  Undecided

If you have a credit card, you have a bank account.

You just choose not to use it?
Or you are on a low end laptop at a public wifi because you are claiming poverty?
In that last case, why are you playing with bitcoin and not getting a job?

I would not trust anyone that claims they don't have a bank account or don't want to use it to buy something.

All just my opinion, I have no evidence against you.
