Just Never believe in Counting sheep's because that will stay you awake for not finishing what you started  Grin

Try smoking marijuana before going to bed, it helps me a lot on days when I'm very nervous
Much better to take weeds and then drink alcohol , that would make you sleep more and faster .

but make sure you can carry the Impact.
Well, that goes without saying!  Cheesy

Soak your feet at night to help you sleep. Soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes every night, and massage your feet with your hands to promote blood circulation and sleep.

Exercise properly to prevent insomnia.
Eat a reasonable diet. On the basis of guaranteeing three meals a day, eat less dinner and avoid eating big fish and meat and spicy food.

Go to bed early and get up early. At noon you can take a nap for 15-20 minutes around one o'clock to nourish your heart. Try to go to bed and fall asleep between 9-11 o'clock at night, and get up at 5-7 o'clock in the morning. This can effectively ensure that there are 4-6 sleep cycles every night, and it can adapt to the functions of the internal organs.

If insomnia is only occasional, it doesn't matter.
You can drink hot milk, soak your feet in hot water, etc.
If insomnia lasts for a long time, it is recommended to go to the hospital.

I think you have anxiety. Best seek medical help for this. Or you can do some basic things before going to bed. I always try to tire myself everyday so that I can go to sleep easily when I get home. I sometimes just wants to sleep than eating dinner. Dont use your phone if you want to sleep. It will just distract you. Try doing yoga at least.

Fresh air is the best in my opinion.
I recommend taking walks in the fresh air before going to bed, for example, in a park or square. A quiet evening and clean air will provide you with a healthy sleep. Personally, I always do a light walk before bed.

Have you tried listening to ASMR? For me it's great to fall asleep, I get tired very fast when listening to it. There are a lot of different people on youtube doing it right now. You could find a special type that works good for you. If you are not so much into it. I would recommend opening a window a few hours before you go to bed and get a lot of fresh air in the room. I like to sleep with an open window when it's not too cold outside. Fresh air is the best in my opinion.

I have started to have sleeping problems recently that my doctor says is cause of stress.

She recommended to take Melatonin and I could not be much happier with how well I am able to sleep.

If i take the Melatonin with a warm glass of milk and honey I have great sleep.  You can try this method and I think you will sleep better.

Some people go to bed early because they are worried about insomnia; at the same time, some people postpone going to bed because they are afraid of not falling asleep.

Both of these are not good, it may also cause a kind of "sleep jet lag." The best way is to maintain a regular bedtime and wake-up time. this point is very important

You can relieve insomnia through exercise.
Yoga is a good exercise.
Can improve some functions of the human body.
Long-term persistence is conducive to good health.

It must feel bad to not sleep, but learn to relax.

Rather than let yourself struggle on the cusp of all kinds of worries, it is better to quietly relax and watch the changes.

When human sleeps, the body is in a state of low energy, and the body temperature is lower than normal. Conversely, the process of lowering body temperature from high will remind the body to turn into a low energy state, which will help to produce the feeling of sleeping (this is merely my understanding and needs to be corrected by professionals). Therefore, I recommend that take a hot bath wash your feet with hot water before sleep to warm up the body, and the process of gradually lowering body temperature will help you fall asleep. On the contrary, when you get up in the morning, it is suitable to wash with relatively cool water, which helps to clear your mind. Cheesy

Guy said that the more people struggle to sleep, the more they can't fall asleep. This is one of the biggest problems with insomnia.

Therefore, Guy told the patients who came to see the doctor: Accept the fact that he can't sleep in the middle of the night.

Slowly, you will feel sleepy

In the few hours before going to bed, avoid things that are known to affect sleep, which include: alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, strict evening exercise, acidic foods that may cause stomach upset, heavy-tasting/high-fat/greasy foods, sweets or high-sugar snacks, spicy food.
In addition, be careful not to drink too much water or other liquids before going to bed. it makes you to wake up to the bathroom, which will also lower your sleep quality.
