I took a brief look at this ... you should consider removing the code at bottom right that shows where your admin panel is located and move that to another page on your server. Many tales of woe have began because of this.
I put a Real Anti Bot Links in my faucet by practising this lesson

but when I finished I tried to claim BTC from my faucet and I found an error
maybe I forgot something...

maybe I forgot something...

Just kidding... I had a look, there were 3 anti bot buttons 2, 9, 3, so I figured I had to click them in numerical order - 2,3,9 which I did. Page loaded as if it was going to pay, but there is a new set of anti-bot buttons, new captcha etc and it doesnt say whether it paid or not, error or anything.
Good luck with you fix.
