I want, after the noticeable decline today, I want you to advise me on some currencies to invest in. I have two thousand dollars to invest. I want you to give me a list of digital currencies to invest. What do you advise me?
$2000 is a very good amount to invest. If you want to invest your entire money only in altcoins then I would say all your money is going to be very risky. Bitcoin is the safest investment of all coins even though the price is high, you can make more than half of your investment in Bitcoin. Ethereum is one of the best coins to invest in after Bitcoin, I believe in Ethereum the most among alt coins. The upcoming bull run may eth create new price records and here you can invest 30% of your investment. You can also spread the remaining 20% of the investment among the top 20 coins, hoping that you will profit in the future. All in all I want to say you invest in your personal research.

Depending on others for a cryptocurrency investment list when dealing with your two thousand dollars can be risky. It's essential to conduct thorough research and select the assets for investment personally. By taking this responsibility, you mitigate the risk of blaming others for any potential losses. Ultimately, investing wisely is about making informed decisions based on your own understanding and analysis rather than relying solely on external recommendations.
The decision is left to OP, we can suggest Bitcoin and so much top Altcoins but when it comes to the new ones or meme, we are totally off from making any suggestions. $2k is a lot to throw just into Altcoin, it could be diversified into Bitcoin and many more if he can see the actual need to do so. If he can make close research and analysis, understanding every details of what he wishes to invest into then I am certain there is more than enough Altcoins to give him that profit.

If you are a new investor then it will be the right decision to do your market research to get some idea about the currencies. The best advice to invest would be to invest in bitcoin. Altcoin investing is a bit more risky. Altcoin investing can expose you to more risk. Bitcoin has already risen in value and is a reliable currency. Bitcoin investments are low risk and long term with good results.

Along with Bitcoin in its recent run, BNB and ETH are the solid altcoins that performed very well but this isn't financial advice and you should do your research before you make your decisions about which cryptocurrencies you should invest your money in. It's also not important that altcoins that performed well earlier should do the same in the coming days, there might be others that will outperform them during the bull run.
However, I would advise you not to invest your money in newly launched cryptocurrencies and if you wish to do that, you should make sure that you check the projects from top to bottom to see if they have got potential and deserve your investment.

@OP, The crypto market is usually dynamic and not easy to predict at all times. Normally, some experts can read price charts and make some close price predictions, but the market can quickly take a U-turn, leaving some investors unaware of the high volatility. The truth is that so many altcoins are going to pump in this bull market, but it's not every predicted coin that is going to pump. I can suggest for you to buy Bitcoin, and definitely the price of Bitcoin will become more bullish, but I don't know the next alt coin that can do a x10 - x1000 profit. Invest what you can afford to lose while holding alt coins.

There is hype around so many meme coins and other alt coins too; you can try your luck with any of them.

There are plenty of cryptocurrency projects we can invest in and make profits without any problems.
Maybe op will need to look into some good altcoins that had been in the market for a long time and put in funds for a better investment.
We don't have to be over relaxed about some certain investmenta since the market is always moving a random way and we are not focused we might lose money without being aware.

Actually my advice to is for you to make your investment into Bitcoin network because it's the only coins with that amount of trust and reputation. Bitcoin being the first coin in the cryptocurrency network has over the years gained enough reputation due to its authenticity. Bitcoin is known for long term investment and those who are long term investors and hold Bitcoin for over some years now, can clearly testify of the profit they have gotten from their investment over the years. Due to the limited supply of the coin, the predicted price outcome of Bitcoin is in a bullish trend, though we can experience some bear run that might take a while but, when you zoom out, it becomes clear what Bitcoin has been up to.

Hey OP. Do not worry about the decline. It's expected with BTC, but it's largely still the most reliable crypto. Stay for the long haul - the road to 100K and beyond!
As for altcoins, I have to emphasize on DYOR!!
But you can start with ETH, SOL, ADA, AVAX. Check out this blog post for more help: https://r100k.com/blog/which-altcoins-will-explode-in-2024

OP mentioning the amount in your possession to invest is.not ideal to me but looking at your statement I can figure out that your are ready to invest If I may advise you, I will say that looking the way of altcoin is not advisable for me, with such amount you call though it is not that much but it would have been better you lookout for bitcoin, your money will be secure with a minimal risk, you will have more profit in the long run.
Bitcoin for me is the only digital currency that I trust and am always happy seeing people smile without being scammed of their hard earned money.

Its not much but if you are only looking for an altcoin investment opportunity, then, in my opinion you should buy 2k worth of ETH which you can use on any CDP platform to take a loan. You can use 50% of your borrowing power to borrow any stablecoins and use those funds to invest in low cap new projects or some other major altcoins like matic and Link, which have not pumped that much. In this way you can use your $2k to leverage it and have a portfolio of $3k. That outstanding loan you took from that CDP platform you can pay after making a profit from the market.

You have decided to invest in altcoins which is very risky. Yes, investing in Bitcoin is also risky but much less risky than investing in Altcoins. If you were me I would invest the whole money in Bitcoin. However, 60% in Bitcoin, 20% in Ethereum, 10% in BNB, SOL 5%, Polygon MATIC 5%, you can invest at this rate if you want. Here many more will advise you can invest according to the advice you think is good. It is best to analyze the market yourself and invest.
Don't you know that as a newbie, it will be hard for him to control all those coins that you mentioned, and he can be distracted with them. OP, should invest in bitcoin as a newbie, because it is less risky and will give him profit over time, even though he does not understand the market, but only knows how to buy and Hodli.

It is risky to have so many altcoins because they all have their different level of risk attached to them. Altcoins can not be held for long, and OP might not know this, and he might think keeping it for a very long time will beneficial to him. Treat altcoins like you are gambling and ways expect the worst from them.

$2k is not a small amount so you should invest them carefully i will suggest you to invest your money on potential altcoins like Ethereum, BNB, Matic, SOLANA etc according your choice. if you invest your moeny on new altcoins then it will behave like gambling because you wull not able to predict them with confidence. new coins can got scam or fall price very quickly. that's why you shouldn’t invest your money on any new altcoins or any shit coins

Altcoins investment is risky even if you will buy top coins so what it's not ensure that your investment is safe, you know LUna and FTX was top ranking coins, now those are dead. So put affordable amount in altcoins, I can recommend few coins Ethereum, ADA, BNB, polygon, Dot, Near. Btc is long term in investment so now it's your wish to invest in Bitcoin.

When looking for investment advice, you will never get advice from all people to buy one type of coin, everyone will suggest different coins. But it is always important to analyze yourself to invest, it is best if you can analyze and invest according to your own way. However, since you asked for help here, I will tell you some altcoins that you may consider investing in.  Since you have $2000, the analysis needs to be very in-depth to see if there are any coins that will hurt you. I am revealing some of the coin names below:

Ethereum (ETH)
Binance (BNB)
Solana (SOL)
Chain Link (LINK)
Cardano (ADA)
Near
ORDI

If you're new to this, and interested in long term investing, I suggest ethereum. In fact, even now I still have a goal to collect as much ethereum as I can. Until now, the price of ethereum is still quite far from its ATH price, and in my experience, the price of ethereum will sometimes reach the ATH when the price of bitcoin really rises high. Well, if it doesn't reach ATH, at least it can reach almost ATH. it can make you profit.
However, there are other options besides ethereum such as popular altcoins. in the long term, I am also interested in BNB, but there is quite a lot of negative news about it. However, I believe the price of BNB can reach $1k in the future. So, I think popular coins are suitable as a start.

The price of bitcoin has not experienced a correction and almost all cryptocurrencies have gone up since some time ago so to enter now may be very risky if you want it is best to wait for the bitcoin halving to happen because there could be a big price correction which might make you panic sell and make a loss, I'm not financial advisor but you can try to buy Doge in the long term and a meme coin that is famous in many communities.

Op you should not be intoxicated with that amount and before you make an investment, you have to make some plans so that you not enter the market in a wrong time. If you know that when you're enter the market now and it will favour you then you can invest but if you think that the market is on the peak now and your profit will not big as you will want it then you have to wait for the right time to come. I am always on the waiting list to buy when the price goes down again.

In my own plan if I invest now it will not benefits me because the market is on the high side. So once the price goes down the I will top up the wallet again.

You have to study it first and also understand everything well, especially the risks you will face, and you also have to do thorough research and analysis before you make a decision. And other people's recommendations may not necessarily match your expectations and don't let it happen that if it doesn't meet your expectations, you will blame them.
Because Bitcoin is the best even if you have no expertise in choosing or analyzing other coins, if you choose Bitcoin I think your money will be safe if you do it for the long term and you will only sell it when the price of Bitcoin rises and is profitable for you. And currently the price of Bitcoin is going down and it is a good discount if you want to buy it, because it is very likely that Bitcoin will rise again after the halving and will reach a new ATH which will give you good profits.
