Also, verify there is not a phoenix.cfg file in the directory - if there is - it may be overriding and turning the BFI_INT on.

If you are passing config on the CLI then get rid of the .cfg file would be my reco.

^ BFI_INT=false Does seem to work! Hope it works on your card, seems to have disabled it on mine

Also, here is the thread for Phoenix 2 (which is the supported version).  THe first post has all the flags.

It does comment that the BFI_INT is only supported on 5xxx/6xxx cards

try the phoenix with BFI_INT=false

i believe with the kernel phatk it is on by default.  I think this is the way to turn it off (i actually dont use it so i cant verify myself)

Sounds like there may be config that is forcing the BFI_INT (which the 7950 doesnt support i believe)

one quick way to get the device number for your cards is to use guiminer - in the dropdown it will say the gpu type and device id although it will have 0-0 for example, use the first number only.

Im guessing your graphics card must be device=2 or even 3
