Also recommend bitcoinary.com.  I've had over a dozen successful transactions (btc<->pp).

Mate one of my favourite sites is https://www.bitcoinary.com , no doubt ive been in the same place as everyone here, esp when it comes to paypal , purchasing n all, this is a great trading site with quality traders, no bs no wasting time, get it done right then and there!, can negotiate or put exactly how much and how you want to pay it list it up, and wait. Recommend a couple of traders so far - you will always see Maria up there honest, quick and negotiable trader, starsoccer9 **i can provide you with his email to do transactions directly with him, just msg me folks. But all in all, yeah good site. Works, if your honest and no full of s***.
cheers

Does anyone know if a MP prepaid card can be used in other countries, the same way my american visa will automatically transfer US dollars into foreign devices ?

It probably can, but would need to have the KYC checks completed (e.g., registered it online, gave your name, addy, SSN, etc.)

It will be better to use BTCPak.com and add the moneypak to your paypal account. That way no chargebacks.
MoneyPak works only for USA. Is there any alternative for Europe?

My recommendation for easy cash exchanges would be either the Moneypak or a reloadable debit card that accepts Bitcoin.

I was lurking on this thread, got the gumption to hop in #bitcoin-otc myself.  A guy on Youtube has a pretty good tutorial for setting up and registering if you're on Windows.

Easy peasy.

What is the safest way to transfer BTC into a paypal account? Thanks for any and all help!

You can probally get away with selling them on ebay, I have a couple of times. I have not had a chargeback yet "Crossing fingers". Just make sure that you ship something to the buyer, whether it be an autograph or a penny.

You can trade bitcoins for money in your PayPal account at Spend Bitcoins. You can probably trust them not to reverse the payment, but can you trust PayPal not to freeze your account if when they find out the money came from selling bitcoins (which is against their TOS)? If you want to buy something online from a vendor that doesn't accept bitcoins, Spend Bitcoins has other options which you might find suitable (and which are much safer than PayPal).

Is it easier to sell them to someone online then?

OTC exchanges of Bitcoin/Paypal IMO tend to work better than mass exchange services. You can talk to some people on this forum and they would be willing to help you out.

I would recommend BTCPak (for prepaid debit cards) or GetBitcoin. They do not deal with Paypal but are a good alternative.
