hee-ho.
there are two issues with that transaction.
first, the 0.0017 tx fee is fairly low for transaction of this size (15970 bytes).
second, you spent an input from an unconfirmed transaction, and that transaction does not have any fee. the tx you posted will not get confirmed before this one does.

Yesterday I made a BTC transfer at Bitcoin Core program (64-bit) bitcoin-qt.exe, I use Windows 8.1. But so far it has not been confirmed where I sent:

However, I believe that has not been confirmed, because I did something wrong at the time of transfer. I say this because when I clicked submit, before that I marked the box on the side where you put the amount you want to send: (removing rate of the amount).

I do not know if it's because I scored this box and took less fee for the total BTC I sent 0.55611146 BTC. Can it have been?

I've been reading already here in the forum and the staff said to run the program with the command (-rescan) to such cases of uncommitted transactions, I've done and so far nothing has happened. I do not know if this command already solved immediately and if I have to wait a while if someone could inform me I would greatly appreciate it.

Looking over the Internet more specifically here:

http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/16528/how-to-remove-unconfirmed-non-existent-transaction-from-qt-wallet

One person said to run the command (-zapwallettxes), but I'm afraid to do this and I damage or lose these BTC.

I urge some experienced user or someone who has gone through this situation to help me.

Already, thank you.
