Apart from going into the discussion about whether this is allowed or not, why would anyone send their money to a Newbie account?
You need to show some previous experience, trust and/or use escrow if you think you are legit. On bitcoin talk, no one is going to send you any money first.
Unless you provide some method of verification that we can trust you or something, then there's absolutely no way your service is going to be accepted. Not to mention that it's also a service that offers to bypass restrictions, you're going to have fewer people who'd be willing to accept such a risk. You'd probably have better chances trying for people close to you or at the very least, who know you enough to actually trust you without presenting any actual proof other than your words.
You are likely not going to have attention and followers on that here at least not from high ranking members because you will be seen as scam. IMO I consider that there are no certainty in such. I agree. This guy is trying to rip us off. Apart from the concerns expressed in the previous comments, that he has no reputation on the forum or that he just registered today, I think one thing: if this guy is confident in his betting system and makes money, I don't know why he wants to bet with other people's money. The question is very clear, it's about your reputation since you're a new account, what if the one you represent to make a bet wins let's say he won $1000 how sure the bettor will get his winning, you don't know each other you just delete your chat then its all gone, are you going to offer KYC and send your information to guaranty that you will not run away which I doubt your bettor will take.
