be patient man, it may take few days or 1-2 weeks to restore your account , it will done when theymos get some time to check your PM and verify your message,so just be patient and wait for his action

Just know about that, So if use the secret question the account will be locks but how to unlock the account back? Do that will permanently lock or what?
In that case too you have to contact theymos with the, same type of message, signed message from an address staked from some time ago. And then wait until the end of time to get a reply, btw why haven't people here suggested a support team for that yet? Bcttalk seems to be getting quite a large chunk from advertising monthly, and they could get their team of mods to do the '' supporting''

i dont use the secret question -_-

if you used an existing email (not a fake one) on that account AND never changed the settings on "Personal Message Options", you should get an email every time that account receives a PM. try sending a PM now.

i have tried it and i open all my email but i dont received it -_-

Why dont you just try to request to change your password directly on page if you forgot it? Same with ts

well, AFAIK admins only resets the password to the email which what is currently on the account's profile information, so if you use a fake email you wont be able to retrieve your account back

And this verifies it's my account and he should reset my email and password but no response from him
Any other admin that can help me?
Try badbear as well , and try PMing them every week if they don't respond . They usually drop the case after a few days of being recieved and not responding.

I think only BadBear and Theymos can reset accounts.

Just writing some code
just wait. It can take a while for theymos or badbear to do anything. They get tons of pms a day. Every few days pm theymos again with the same information so that he doesn't forget.
