Even it if is only a penny stock at around ten cents a share that is better than being backed by nothing and as far as we know this is not only the first in the world but it is the ONLY one like it.  And you say that penny stocks are not real?  What do you mean by that.  BTW this backing involves not only the public company directly but its transfer agent registered with the United States Securities and Exchange commission, just take a look here:  http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RMTN/quote   and here:  http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=RMTN&id=144509 and here: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RMTN/profile and there you can see it has a market cap of more than $63,000,000.  As far as pre mining goes how could you possibly back a coin without pre mining plus you can actually mine this token which means you can indirectly mine for shares with more than 2 billion more mineable shares available to mine.  Finally, based on the backing, price per share, the current intrinsic value of HMP is .0115 but can be bought for a fraction of that in the market.  I doubt this gap will last long if the pps of RMTN hold up and eventually the HMP could trade a at premium over the backing due to the added value of usage as a currency.

Yes, 5B total coins. I understand they do have a large premined amount, but believe there will be mineable ones as well. I have inquired last week about news updates so hopefully we see something soon there.

If it's just some guy who registered a company then I can't really see that being worth very much. There is potential for it to be worth a lot but then there is too much risk of it going to 0. There is also the risk of a government agency just shutting this all down.

If this coin is really a quality company then I would buy some HMP. I would let it slide that they premined all the coins. The problem is so many scams on bitcointalk. I love hemp. I would need to see more proof about their plans. Maybe some videos and documents.
