Clearly a mistake, and may even be a post to increase count rather than a serious bid.

This auction is pointless from a new account unless you mention what your reserve price is as you can simply ditch your account if you dont like the highest bid. This will also keep out serious bidders.

You can submit your account a trusted escrow with the authority to sell it to the highest bidder.
