Yesterday I'm looking $17 Payza to my 0.025 BTC (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/17-payza-to-my-0025-btc-1621419) and after that "MatTheCat" PM me and he says:

And now, I PM him again to why he did not send the $17 Payza to me and he says:
