CryptoRush BTC markets back online again (via Twitter): "BTC markets are back on, but we're still having problems with withdraws. If you're unable to withdraw, please try it again later."

Good time to withdraw your HEX to safety...  Wink

I can't get my windows wallet to sync. I'm using the old wallet that has the password. Anyone have any idea what I might have to do to get the wallet to sync? The wallet opens but it reads, "out of sync)

These are the nodes I have added to my conf file and I can sync ok (give it a few minutes) - also, I'm using the original version of the wallet without any probs:

By the way here's a shout out to whoever designed the HEX wallet that is pretty bad ass how you included a  "cook" icon

Don't do like I did and manually install some package in a nonstandard place.  I have to add -L/usr/local/lib/boost to every bitch Makefile.

Try adding this to the end of your ~/.bashrc:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/boost

Then logout and login again (or reboot)

After that you shouldn't have to edit every altcoin makefile again Smiley

If this helped and you want to stimulate the HEX economy:

Nowhere to trade - CryptoRush BTC markets all closed, and no HEX/LTC pair

Anyone wanna take a bet on whether this is the END for CryptoRush?  I'm guessing there will be a "Sorry our BTC wallet was compromised" announcement soon . . .

Do u Want to sell?

Why should it be the end?

They are a pretty new exchange.  Many, many other exchanges in the past have popped up, within a few months they get hacked and their BTC wallets emptied.

Shutting down the entire BTC market "to investigate withdraw issues" could be a sign that this is what's happened.  I would not be the slightest bit surprised.  This has already happened to at least 3 other exchanges since the first of the year.

These newer exchanges, I use them to dump coins and that's pretty much it.  Too risky to hold any amount of BTC there.  I sell, and immediately withdraw to my personal wallet.

How about add the source git to the first page?

I cloned and compiled last night and am running on Linux, it's good.

https://github.com/HeisenbergCoin/HeisenbergHex

Hell yeah! Going to do it right now. Thanks!
Btw, can you help me a bit with that? What do I need to do to put up a copy somewhere on some linux server?
Compile up there or is there any kind of package that can be used, like .deb or something?

Generally, you compile alts for linux.  Maybe some have packages, but I haven't encountered any in my short career.

git clone https://github.com/HeisenbergCoin/HeisenbergHex.git
cd HeisenbergHex
qmake
make

If you're lucky, that just works.  More likely, it's a cycle of error, install package, rinse and repeat.  But then you are good to go on most any coin.

Once you have a good compile, start it using ./HeisenbergHex &

You may or may not need a conf file, ie. ~/HeisenbergHex/HeisenbergHex.conf

Don't do like I did and manually install some package in a nonstandard place.  I have to add -L/usr/local/lib/boost to every bitch Makefile.

Good luck!

Yes,I do.but it is getinfo error message

I have the same version strings, but don't get the error message.  Odd.
