In my opinion there is no "stable" coin out there.  All can rise, all can fall.

TODAY my favorite is Stable Coin. I mine them to satisfy my inner geek. The difficulty is low enough that I am able to solo mine them. Last week I was mining Digital Coins with a pool and before that I was mining Lite Coins.

I also cash out all my mined coins once a month and it doesn't hurt that SBC has tripled in value (SBC/BTC) since I started.  I take my earnings and buy more or better hardware.

I always liked those chocolate euros you see around Christmas time. Never made much profit.

Except the company manufacturing and selling them.

There is no 'mining' in Ripple, so it can't be 'pre-mined'.

Let's call it pre-minting then. Either way it doesn't matter, the end result is the same.

Wrong, wrong.

Ripple is open source now. There is no 'mining' in Ripple, so it can't be 'pre-mined'. But yes, the founders do have a huge reserve.

It's that massive reserve that I have issues with, it's like creating a new currency and issuing yourself a crap ton of money. Of course there are "economics" issues with it S&D etc but it's still rather concerning for me.

Bitcoin, because it's really stable. Hard to mine though.

Same goes for me.

I do not trust any altcoins. They do not provide enough new or good ...

What new or good functionality or etc. would you like to see from a new altcoin?

Thanks for your responses all!!

Ripple is not open source, and pre mined.
I think that only the owner of ripples will be rich.

And also I could not get the giveaway because I registered too late
