Rugatu is just a way for some people to have legit thing on the exchange. It is nothing more than a functioning scam. Also if you go against them they suspend you like my account was after I posted they weren't a good investment, but claimed I was down voting a lot which I wasn't.

Actually, it was because of you that I recommended that they change the site so that people cannot cast down-votes on questions they answer, nor can they answer questions in which they have previously placed a down-vote. Otherwise, people would just down-vote all the answers with many up-votes to increase their chances of getting the reward.

If you are against you, they will make sure your voice is not heard it is a dumb service actually, it is just stackoverflow that rewards bitcoins any developer can make that.
