Hi everyone can someone teach me how I can put an avatar to my profile? Thanks in advance
Avatars are not allowed to newbies. You have to be a Full Member or higher rank to wear avatars. You need activities and merit to upgrade your bitcointalk account. If you want to know more about upgrading your account please read this official thread Merit & new rank requirements 
yea, you have to join many discussion, reply many threads, then you will have full membership and your own avatar.
That's not the only requirement to become a full member. There's another requirement and that is to obtain "merit".Full member requires 100 merit and 120 activity.

As of now you can't put an avatar.
You currently can't do that as you're still a newbie. That feature will be enabled whenever you reach the "full member" rank.
