Some "Casty Lamer" reached out to me on Telegram for listing us and doing an IEO.
With advance fee, of course. I just saw "eternalgloom" answers to OP, so ran as fast as I could.
BTW, the NYC address listed on their FB page is fake. There is no such street in NYC.

Ok. For the first question, we cannot tell you the specific name of the owner, but I think we will let public know the owner once we start running. And now our headquarters is located in China.
If this is an exchange it's very important that we know who is or are the owners and the team running your exchange this is a centralized exchange, and the people behind it must be transparent and where it is located, you mentioned it is located in China, are you compliant with China's policy?

So, what is the real domain here? This one? (https://www.bitoffer.com/en/)? and this is the exchange? (https://www.bitoffer.com/en/exchange)? LOL, I thought is was digifinex because it looks very similar? So you bought just a generic script or something? I guess your really need to prove that we can trust your exchange, specially fake trade volumes.

The market is saturated with so many exchanges and giveaways or airdrops will not work anymore, I have been receiving so many airdrops offer from so many exchanges I totally ignore all of them, because they offer nothing to the community, just a duplicate platform from existing one, and the worst part is they are doing crowdfunding after their giveaways.
OP, I know it seems as though I'm just being way too negative, but these are important issues IMO.
It's best that someone tells you honestly how your future service is perceived, instead of just throwing compliments your way.

being written professionally and a telegram group with 9k members? Im sure that most of them are bots or users that had been just unnoticeably being added up.

What are our thoughts on Crypto?, why not show us what you can offer to the community with your exchange, that is very much different from all the other exchanges in the market, hopefully, you are not going to do ICO we are fed up of ICO based exchange, it just won't work anymore.
