In 2014 I start playing a lot of bitcoins in 2015 I reach 2.0 millions of point loyalty. In that moment contact me from cloubdt support. I can ask a phone and then send me to my house . But never I get that phone because tell me I need reach a new level 2.6 millions. And when reach never send me.. 2 years later I still asking when I can redeem my points and always told me in future you can. Now seems futures come... and they say i lost all my points because I don't play like the others years.. but I play all the rest of year at least something for don't loose anything. Now they tell me I have 0 point. But why in 2022 I have a chat when tell me cloudbet 2.6m can't be lost...and now tell me I lost?? Why in 2015 have 2.6million and 2017 have 2.6 millions too but in 2024 I have 0? Why if not program exist offering redeem point when they made a program for redeem why my point dissappear? Don't need exchange first? Anyone can give me your thoughts? What I can do? I only asking free bet or cashback I'm not asking millions of dollars... but seems they never want give anything back to me.. because I play at different price like now... please any advice for ne?? It's a sad situation and I'm sorry for your situation, but unfortunately it won't do you any good to hire a lawyer because in this case cloudbet.com has the right to change or cancel anything related to bonuses, this is written in their TOS that came into effect. effective in March
