I prefer high bet amount at low odds. this is my basic strategy in gambling and believe me it works most of the time. you can get good profit by doing this most of the time.
I start with little. Often a martingale win for most of the time, gets greedy, bets high, loses, get sad, leave the site for a week, deposit again and start again.
I used to bet in low amounts with higher odds mostly in esports, sports and dice gambling. I remember one time, I bet on a boxing match and won 5x of my bet amount. The match was totally awesome and I was really lucky because the underdog got a perfect clean hit into his opponents left eyelid which resulted in the match being stopped by the official doctor. It was really an epic win! Splendid game and an easy bitcoin for my pocket!
I do medium sized bets. Big bets are fun and profitable, but they usually don't last know. Low bet amounts will last a really long time, but they aren't as fun to play with.

Started this small, but also proven strategy with high bet amounts lol. I now bet small to get high return in very big multiplier even though it is hard but it is worth.
And several times I do parlay in sports betting with odds over 100, I feel no regret doing this.
i always remain in between. not so high and not so low i like to remain in between. some time when i got more money then i bit a little high bit.
depending on the day. when the pocket is full of money then biting high. but when the money is not so much then biting low.
I usually bet minimum until i see I'm very unlucky then I start betting with martingale starting from 2xwhat I'm loosing.

Yes, I learned that the hard way. However, it was money that I could afford to lose, not my daily job income

I wonder if you just play for the fun with small amounts or if you roll big sums in hope to win a lot? What is your method?
As a small time earner i just bet with small amounts but hoping to win big with it. But i think that will never happen because even high rollers don't even win very big amounts with their starting funds. It is just doubled or sometimes tripled if they're lucky. But i don't think they win x10 of their capital. Because the house edge will prevent that to happen.

Definitely. I think the low payouts with high bets are a trap to be on because they give you the false sense of security. You go bet a few times on 1.01x and you say to yourself, well, i have 1/50 chance of busting so why not do another roll?

There is a lot of cases i have seen. I still remember the earlier days of btc. There is a few people who often coming in to earn a few btc. They bet like 80btc with x1.05 payout cause it is hard to lose. So they have been successful in claiming a few btc from the bankroll each day. However, end up, they all lose their bankroll to the site.
My betting style is very secure because i want to keep me into that limit, i think if we set a goal according to our bankroll than it would be much easy to take decision about bet amount that how much we can afford to lose on that bet there.

It depend on game and how it will go on dice sites i am trying to hit high odds with low amount and on sportsbook i am taking risk with big amount, i think it is fun to play on dice sites to chase big odds like 1100X or even bigger than that.
I always say I'm going to start low but when I do and I lose a bet high to recover. I struggle to control myself sometimes.
If anyone play for a long time and the end result will be profit to a casino so if possible just play for a short period on each day. In that way, you can have a better control on yourself but once start playing longer hours and you will tired and can't control yourself.
yeah you are right, play short-term better. because we will be hard to gain an advantage in the long term.
if you play and have a target, so you know a good time to stop, and do not need to control themselves.
