I think so.But a few days ago is slow. More pending than normal However fees is increase. It's seem as quite bad.

About bitcoin, I think we don't compare that because price of bitcoin is very high compare with ETH.
So fees of ETH must cheaper than Fees of BTC. That's natural.

I notice the high fees as well, the fees has reached 100 to 200 Gwei yesterday. It is better to wait if your transaction is not that urgent.

I don't know why but for me everything is still fine 
. I still can send ETH and all other token as usual with normal fee
