Your first post said you were accused of multiple accounts allegedly by the casino now you want to find an account with high betting limits means you want to take the risk again right?
Buying an account is not allowed especially the high bet limit is very rare for people to have so the only thing is you go to the casino and ask what the high bet limit is... Instead of buying an account you will get into trouble again.

You should talk with the site support, explain them that you are a high roller and how you want to go big o their casino, they should ask for some advanced kick and after that you should be a le to place huge bet.
All casinos want high-rollers, so you shouldn't have any problem if you talk with them.
From reading your other post I kinda wonder if you have been trying to circumvent limits on your accounts by making new accounts. All you're gonna do is get yourself banned on every casino if you are doing this. May as well just go to a land based casino with your action.
