If this guy have conscience he will know that he have to pay people for the wasted time even if it takes him to take loan to settle everybody.

Can we please ask some mod to mark this thread and add 'SCAM CONFIRMED' to the title? Or close it or do something that will be visible on the first sight.
Mods don't label scams, unfortunately. The onus is placed on each user to exercise due diligence. Actually, they have done so in the past - don't know if this has changed in time however, perhaps given the amount of scams always going on. It is pity every one is attracted by the appealing title and click this link, waste their time to read this.
And we're not helping by bumping up the thread to the front page.
