-snip- And not investing in crypto and hating bitcoins is also one of those bad decisions which most people have made today and they will regret this decision once the bitcoin price will becone beyond their reach to buy and invest. Most of the economists are not recommending people to invest in bitcoin because the general public won't be able to handle the pumps and dumps of the market.
People who hate bitcoin and don't want to know about cryptocurrency are indeed very unlucky people by choosing bad decisions. The future of bitcoin and cryptocurrency is very good and supports today's modern society. The price of bitcoin continues to be too high. Those who are ordinary and who hated bitcoin only see from one perspective about bitcoin, not seeing some of the advantages that this digital currency has.
There are some who recommend bitcoin and many who do not recommend it because the price of bitcoin is volatile, is not regulated by anyone or the government etc. The general public only knows that Bitcoin is a digital currency that has many high risks.

Everyone has their own views about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. So what is the point if your friend and Warren Buffett hates bitcoin so much and telling to you that you are an idiot or stupid by investing in bitcoin. You should not let yourself down by one person's opinion about bitcoin that you should keep using and investing in bitcoin and cryptocurrency and show them it's true value.
In the society, people always get affected by the ideas of other people and many a times or mostly they make decisions based on those ideas which can proove wrong. And not investing in crypto and hating bitcoins is also one of those bad decisions which most people have made today and they will regret this decision once the bitcoin price will becone beyond their reach to buy and invest. Don't worry he will be the one who miss the train if ever he followed the advice and the wrong interpretation of His friends and not us,for sure if the price went up again to 20k he will be the first to cry for losing the chance.

Let Him realize the situation before the market Bull for him not to regret his decisions.

I’m leaving bye guy!
Some haters are reporting my thread twice in a day. It’s very disgusting!
Don't be disgusted, it's probably because you're posting one after another.

Your friend lacks moral while going to school he turned off his sense of moral. You guys should call the police and get him behind bar and prosecute him before he does more damage to the public. Highly educated people don't hate bitcoin. Most guys here are genius.

Most guy here are NEETS, it hikikomori. Or kodokushi, bitcoin founder was found dead alone at own home and very gruesome he is disintegrated and consumed  by worms and nasty before somebody discover his corpse.

Bitcoin is not easy to scam, nobody get scammed in bitcoin but bitconnect is a yes.

I guess you're not kidding when you say this, but you're completely wrong about it. Scams are very common when it comes to Bitcoin, which is why the reputation that BTC still has is pretty bad considering that some perceive it as the money of criminals, terrorists and those who oppose the current financial system. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of cases like Bitconnect, but some are not known to the general public because they happened at the local level.

  • OneCoin scam - 3 million users/damage from $4.9-$19.4 billion
  • Bitconnect scam - 1.5 million users/damage $2.5–3.5b
  • PlusToken - 100 000 users/damage $3 billion
  • Bitcoin Savings & Trust - 10 000 users/damage $5.8 billion
  • Pincoin and iFan - 32 000 users/damage $660 million

You can read more here. If you still don’t believe it’s easy to scam someone with BTC, maybe is time to visit our forum Scam Accusations board.

Even rich people don't want to invest on bitcoin simply because they have their own belief and maybe your highly intelligent friend knows better than you and he probably don't want to invest his money, well I just have to disagree to your friend because bitcoin is not a scammer nor a scam.

Let's just respect the opinion of your friend and of course, bitcoin can still move without him so we have nothing to lose about this one. Besides, its your friend so you're the one who should understand him and don't rant if you're a true friend!  Smiley

I have no idea Warren was a key player during the 2008 financial crisis. How did that happen?
As I was reading I had it in my mind that the point in all these was that all scammers hate BTC and these scammers harass their friends on the whatapps calling them idiots. I was wrong.

It never happened. The crisis was caused by banks, who used the opportunities created by fractional reserve, mortgage-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations, which secured an infinite free money supply for mortgage loans. By issuing loans to whoever wished, they blew a bubble, which eventually burst.

Buffett, on the contrary, warned his shareholders in 2003: “Derivatives are financial weapons of mass destruction, carrying dangers that, while now latent, are potentially lethal,” which actually shows that he foresaw the crisis.

I don't get why the OP is ranting, if I myself have been rip-off by my friend and call me stupid, and don't want to return my money in the investment that collapse and which the scammer took all the money? Hmm, I don't know what will I do to that person.

And it doesn't matter if he is highly educated, your friend is greedy and very ambitious and will do everything to 'succeed' regardless who is he going to step along the way. And far as Bitcoin goes, that is his opinion, and just like Warren he is entitled to. No need to rant it out. You should stay with that person though and I wouldn't even call him a 'friend'.

your friend really doesn't use his intelligence wisely, cheating a friend is a very despicable act, hopefully, one day your friend gets a reward for his bad deeds

Your friend mentioned Warren Buffet who doesn't like Bitcoin, actually I don't know whether warren really doesn't like Bitcoin, the statement that warren makes seems to be like securing himself to make it look like he supports a government that doesn't like Bitcoin

An interesting post, but immediately a logical question arises. Have you ever contacted law enforcement? When investing, you should have concluded a contract, but I hope that you did not invest money under his honest word? Otherwise, it was a very rash step.

^Dont be so fascinated to know a scammer giving up their profession. It’s too common among full circle, many people give up for a variety of reason. Bitcoin is not easy to scam, nobody get scammed in bitcoin but bitconnect is a yes.

That's true also. There are doctors and lawyers who end up being criminals too. Disappointing as it may seem but shits happen. Just just can't tell when a good man go crazy. But its more encouraging to see criminals become law abiding citizen and then have a professional career.

Your friend probably found his best career choice and being a medical practitioner is just a mistake.

The story above is just to say that too smart people lose out in bitcoin because they will keep seeing it as bubble while bitcoin keeps halving and investors keep on making profit too. Sometimes too they deceive others and create fund for price to drop and they buy more for themselves. They invest too but you don't know openly.

I don’t see the difference between a highly educated con man or someone who isn’t exactly a doctor when we talk about his relationship to something like Bitcoin. I am sure that your friend will one day change his mind, especially when he realizes that there are (unfortunately) a lot of scam methods that can be performed with the help of Bitcoin.

People like him have no scruples when it comes to money, they would sell their own mother for profit - so you shouldn't be surprised that he's constantly trying to fool his friends, who, if they were smart, would have rejected such a man a long time ago. I personally would not interact with such people at all, but I would report them (if there is evidence) to the police for any illegal activities.

If you think about it a little better, it’s actually better that he hates Bitcoin than that he’s doing us all a bad reputation with any kind of connection with the same.

Crypto currency = yes. Bitcoin = No. no body want to associate themselves with bitcoin, they’re highly motivated inspiring person unlike bitcoin owner who’s degenerated and nerdy.

^It’s very point to this

Because Warren Buffet, a key player of the 2008 financial crisis,

Because all bitcoin owners are degenerated.

Reporting my not be easy because the doctor already had collab with a billionaire and may be powerful to corrupt officials.
