You are planning a reputable casino with a big budget allocated on it so its better to choose reputable member here too and avoid dealing and communicating on random person that offers you a service especially if its a newbie or low rank. There's tons of scammer that impersonating other trusted member so make sure you are dealing to the right user by checking there trust feedback.
