I know that graphics designers take inspiration from other's work for their designs sometimes, but taking inspiration and copying a whole design concept are two different things.
Looking online for inspiration isn't a crime, but what this guy did was straight up theft. He didn't even try to hide that he completely ripped off finished logo designs that other designers had already made and posted online and just ctrl+c, ctrl+v, and then had the audacity to say he created them himself! That goes way beyond borrowing ideas or taking inspiration from examples you see. It's flat out plagiarism no question about it.

It's quite an expensive lesson if I'm being sincere
Lesson? It implies you learned something. What have you actually learned from your past mistakes? In your initial post, you mentioned that you're skilled at graphic design. Could you please share some of your work that doesn't involve plagiarism or stealing other people's intellectual property?
