Likely just asking the provider to make sure the win was legitimate, long as you didn't cheat(not sure how you could) you should be good to go. I'm not sure how long you will have to wait, but I wouldn't bug them for another day or 2 as it's the weekend.

They said it had nothing to do with slots but payment provider.
