Yeah i heard a lot of bad feedback about hitbitc too , i try use it some times and i was lucky without scamming , but i will not use it again in future to keep my money in safe.
They do not even answer questions by mail.

Just stop using HitBtc? High fees are not 'fraud' if you are getting warned about them in the first place. If you don't want to lose ~$6 in deposit fees (up to $100 with USDT) for each deposit you make, just stop using them. There are way better choices.

I was just going to say, as far as I know and have seen they are paying people out. The only thing that is fraud like or horrendous is how much they are charging for deposits and withdrawals. That kind of highway robbery may work for a couple months, but your product is going to suffer hard once consumers go elsewhere. Once I found that out, I vowed if the coin is listed anywhere else I will trade there. Only will I reluctantly trade on HitBTC now, I don't think that is what they wanted but it is what they get now.
Their Blogpost looks funny today, since they justified introducing their horrendous fees by pointing at mempool sizes and network fees.
Who are both down back to reasonable levels again. Now guess about them taking back their "Deposit Fees" ever again?
Will stay like 100 USDT for a single buck deposit, right? Forever?

I also have experience with hitbtc, it has been more than 2 months my deposit has not received into my hitbtc account, and I've sent 3 tickets, but they just told me to wait and be patient. until now my token has not been received yet. I don't like the interface, it's the worst, freezing bad I would never use it unless the coin I want is on hitbtc
I don't understand actually what you mean that Hitbtc is fraudulent. If you face any kind of miss case you can give message to support team of Hitbtc. i think they will solve your problem. I did not find any problem when i made transaction on it.
So many issues on hitbtc, but lately I used this exchange all are working fine. Deposits and withdrawals are in place, since you have issues send an email to them.

Actually they always make their traders to become disappointed especially when it comes in fees almost all moves has fee in hitbtc and this almost 1 months since they have maintenance about deposit and withdrawal over 60-70% of tokens/coins.This one is really hard to those investors and also to those campaigns they need to consider the problem of hitbtc and they cant do anything about it.They are stealing small investors money because most of us can't fight back. I don't understand about HITBTC, i ofte hear about this deceit but i can't deny that they are interesting for traders. But for me, i won't join that exchange. Hope HITBTC will solve the problem soon and the persons that suffered will get solution

HitBTC is even trying to improve themselves, introducing a Live Network stat tool. I'm even considering to give them a second change in a month or two if they continue the improvements.
I also doing trading in hitbtc and I don't find any problem until my last withdrawal of eBTC last 2weeks my withdrawal was not credited to my account almost 3 days and i decided to cancel but good thing it was credited to my account. the problem with hitbtc technical support doesnt immediately reply it takes 1week forcmy report for their first reply it seems thst if you have problem they can't solve it due to longer time reply with your query BUT the OP post is pure FUD without any evidences.

Used them a while back for converting some of my tokens for BTC. All went well on my end, no complaints here.
Maybe they're dealing with huge volumes of support request that's why they can't reply to your queries. This happened with a lot of other exchanges previously too.

What's the real problem here? Why would file a lawsuit for no reason at all I'm saying this because you're too vague in your statement. What are the details of the problem your facing? Maybe we could help and find some solution that could not lead to lawsuit anymore.in my conclusions i think you are having some issues on their system maybe some malfunctions that can be solved through a proper way of reporting the problem to their support section. I also traded a lot on HitBTC and did not have any problems. HitBTC is a great commercial site specially it allows to create multiple wallets in one account for a kind of crypto which is feature i like of it. I have an account in Hitbtc so far everything is ok. Do you have proofs of your accusations? How much did they stole? There are lots of these from reddit, how about joining them instead.
