Seriously, how long are people going to accept that what you mentioned about that more incoming tickets will cause more clutter in their system? A few weeks to a month is fine, but it has taken too long now.
They have had enough time to add more members to their staff department, but looking at their constantly slower responses, it doesn't look like things are changing for the better, or do they?
I hope they will not be the same as yobit right now or be called as yobit v2.0.
They refuse to do so even their so many people ask that for convenience of their trade on Hitbtc but devs keep ignoring and maybe they doesn't want to improve since still errors are keep coming unto them day by day. And for this people should really need to be warned to avoid that site since it is been mishandled by the owner and traders might get trouble if their money stuck on that site.
