Hitbtc also mentioned that it might take more time since their network is clogged up huge amounts of tickets and if you keep sending more tickets, it would only take even more time for you to get your ticket answered.
While that makes sense to a certain extent, it's also a much used excuse to cover up their shitty support department. It's not that anything will change if they aren't willing to invest in more capable staff members.

Seriously, how long are people going to accept that what you mentioned about that more incoming tickets will cause more clutter in their system? A few weeks to a month is fine, but it has taken too long now.

They have had enough time to add more members to their staff department, but looking at their constantly slower responses, it doesn't look like things are changing for the better, or do they? Angry
They aren't willing to invest either for upgrading their system. Valid excuse or just a cover up they should addressed the customers with something better and give an assurance that after that "time" given by customers who are trusting them will benefit that wait.
I hope they will not be the same as yobit right now or be called as yobit v2.0.

They refuse to do so even their so many people ask that for convenience of their trade on Hitbtc but devs keep ignoring and maybe they doesn't want to improve since still errors are keep coming unto them day by day. And for this people should really need to be warned to avoid that site since it is been mishandled by the owner and traders might get trouble if their money stuck on that site.

HitBtc has been similar to Yobit on a 1:1 ratio basis from the very beginning. It's exactly the same in the way that a large portion of the traders there don't have anything to complain about because they make use of the top tier altcoins and thus are basically 'insured' of properly functioning networks, where the other large portion consists of complete noobs playing with utter shitcoins and face problems nearly the entire time. I don't know of one serious trader/investor who trusts its money with either Yobit or Hitbtc, or basically any other shitcoin exchange. The real winners are the operators behind these exchanges. It's a market where supply and demand is the main ruling aspect, and regardless of how much I don't like these exchanges, there is a lot demand for places where people can buy and sell hundreds of shitcoins that other exchanges don't want to list. You have to give the operators credit for their creativity, which made them millions and millions in profit.

This accusation has no basis. Hitbtc already announce that there will be some delay on withdrawal and deposit due to recently clogged on ETH network as well as all ERC20. Actually there is a note at top of balance section regarding that matter. Delay on withdrawal is not sufficient to conclude if the exchange is scam. There service is just poor by applying fixed amount transaction fee regardless on the actual amount of the token. But still I never encounter any issue when trading on hitbtc.
To add on to that, hitbtc mentions any changes on the top of the account menu bar, and they also display the newly added coins in the exchange's menu bar.
hitBTC may take some time to answer any one's support tickets but it does answer the after some time. The answer goes for every exchange or any website which has a support team. Hitbtc also mentioned that it might take more time since their network is clogged up huge amounts of tickets and if you keep sending more tickets, it would only take even more time for you to get your ticket answered.

If you have got a problem with HitBTC, make an account on Reddit and then post a tyhread with your problem in the following subreddit:

https://www.reddit.com/r/hitbtc/

HitBTC staff patrol that subreddit and should answer your questions.

This is totally uncalled for. Stop spreading unnecessary FUD around. HITBTC exchange has been around since 2013. They may be having some challenges with withdrawal issue, but that doesn't make them a scam in anyway. Thank you

Actually, no. If an exchange can't even process withdrawals on time and at least provide some support if they are not going to be bothered to process the withdrawal on time, then i think that it is fair to say that they are a scam.

Seeing the response on the hitbtc thread, OP isn't lying. Hitbtc also has negative trust on their account for shady dealings in the past.

So no, it's not uncalled for and i've seen a ton of people saying that their HitBTC accounts got hacked without any login notifications, withdrawals being stuck, etc. It's definitely not just one or two isolated cases.

Actually when people want to withdraw funds and when they want to buy something and if these exchanges don't provide a service on time then they think that they are scamming them. People have right to say that as well. Because when prices are low of the certain coin and after deposit, your account doesn't show your coins even after transaction confirmation then people will obviously frustrate. Also, they stopped replying to people tickets. All these things make people think that they are scamming investors.

Do you have proof if hitbtc scam

http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=378827.1040

It seems true but it is not determined yet that it is a scam or they are just facing many major issues about they're exchange it's best to avoid this exchange for now and look for other legit exchange. Maybe hacked or pretends to be hacked in the future.
Just avoid this exchange to avoid problems or difficulties.

Yes, i have a friend of mine who wanted to buy some Ethereum in there.. he deposited more than $1200 in his account, and a few hours later they didn't let him withdraw his money.

He sent a support ticket and it has never been answered

Just avoid this exchange, it is the worst one that has ever been created so far.
Do NOT TRUST HitBTC - they are running a massive Hit jobs on any account holders.
Coins deposit fine but getting coins out is an exercise in futility.

Just as others have spoken out looks like their services are improving thanks to the increased exchange competition by the likes of binance and others, IMO we need more exchanges to poor performing exchanges out of business!
