Dmitry Gunyashov may be the same owner of 3 different scam projects:
Freewallet
HitBTC
Cryptopay

We noticed similar scam accusations in Freewallet and HitBTC reviews. And our "private investigation" showed some interesting facts.

So, If you have any further info about Dmitrii Gunyashov and his accomplices, please, contact: [email protected]

Are there any good hackers in the world, that can wipe this exchange of the face of the planet?
They've already wiped themselves from the face of the earth and absconded with all their customers' money, apparently at the hands of the hackers you want to now do the job again....so that's not gonna happen.

People scammed by HitBtc!! this is the biggest scam exchange in history of crypto
https://www.reddit.com/r/hitbtc/comments/hbz22e/people_scammed_by_hitbtc_this_is_the_biggest_scam/
Ah, Reddit.  A little exaggeration there.  There's no way the HitBTC debacle is the biggest scam in the history of crypto.  Not even close.

-snip-
You are the guys who continue funding the exchange with your money so that it steals it and the scam continues to live on. HitBTC is already proven scam and if most of us avoided using it. I am sure they would cease operations at one point.

As for the part of trying to go the legal way I think you would be wasting money and time trying to take them to court as they operate in jurisdictions where they maybe out of reach from Law enforcers.

PLEASE  Who is the best Crypto Lawyer i can contact?

HitBTC have scammed me also, i sent some tokens, they gave me the "ooh you sent to wrong address" BS speech.

"dont worry we will return coins"

55 days later, i now see 14 days ago, they withdrew coins from "old address" and , shock horror, they did not return funds to my address, but they sent it to their own address.

Are there any good hackers in the world, that can wipe this exchange of the face of the planet? Its ruined many lives and no doubt, people have taken their own life after loosing all the money to these crooks.

First. i want to go the legal way of handling this.

TIME TO BAN THE YOBIT SCAM!!
January 24, 2021, 07:58:20 PM

Also reach out to coinmarketcap to remove the exchange from listings. I am shocked they have them listed.

I'm not surprised at all. Promoting scams is what CMC do & how they earn their money. They're worse than the scams they promote & their numbers are fake/wrong.

After I finished submitting the kyc documents, the next step we made us do is send proof of funds to them, and now they ask me the next step like above, they always put the stuff that we can't get money back, I
was robbed  more than 7500 $ by them, Hitbtc is a scam exchange, we should put a lot of information online so people are wary of them.

There is a very good chance that they are using kucoin hacking incident to justify asking kyc from more users and then they will sell those information on black market for money and if the users refuse to do kyc or other stuff as they asked they can easily just keep the funds for themselves so it's a win win situation for them.

Hitbtc is scam exchange and there's no question about it, I will never forget my last experience with using this exchange, it had tons of problems, from very high withdrawal fees for tokens to very slow buggy interface and more importantly the existence of a very huge fake trading volume/liquidity in this exchange which just shouts untrustworthy all around.

"Dear Trader,

As you most likely know by now, the cryptocurrency exchange KuCoin has recently been hacked, and cybercriminals made away with vast amounts of digital assets.

Because of this unfortunate incident, we, along with all everyone else on the cryptocurrency market, are having to conduct additional checks to make sure that the funds deposited into our users' accounts are not in any way implicated in the attack.

Please be assured that we are not suspecting any of our customers in participating in this criminal activity. But we have to be prudent and vigilant to ensure everyone's security. So we are requesting that you please reach out to the companies from which your recent deposits have originated and ask them to confirm that they, on their side, have no questions about the source of your funds.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance"

My account is in the same condition as yours, they made me submit the pdf, I got frozen for $ 7000, this is the worst exchange, kyc is just an excuse for them to steal traders' assets .
Sorry about the experience. $7,000 is a lot of money and I hope they are fair and release your assets otherwise HitBTC is one of the worst exchanges around. They hide behind the stupid KYC policies and selectively scam people. I hope it's the last time you are suing their service

I'm facing an interesting issue with HitBTC. I cannot put any order. No matter what pairs I'm using I'm getting the same error "Your buy order was rejected" And not because of insufficient funds, just rejected.
Plus I cannot use the trollbox although I have over 0.01 BTC as requested to use the trollbox.
HitBTC is a rare slag. I do not recommend anyone to fund into that scam exchange

Because I wanted to trade a specific coin that had a really good price at that moment.

Yes, the account was limited as I haven't used the platform for a very long time. (reply from the support)
But I have to say, I had a really good experience right now. I got a reply to my support ticket in less than an hour, after which I uploaded my KYC documents and now less than 24h later my account is verified, SO ALL GOOD! Grin (though the coin is not at that price level anymore  Wink )
Well then that's great. I guess you are one of the lucky few. Based on the number of negative reviews and experience expressed by a number of unhappy customers in this thread. I would still suggest you still take caution while using the exchange.

Cheers.

It might be because your account was blocked. Why are you still using a scam exchange like HitBTC?
Try contacting their support but your chances of recovering your Bitcoins are slim. HitBTC are scammers right from the word go.

Another problem with HitBTC. Unfortunately I chose this exchange over Huobi after both of these were recommended to me for the specific coin I want to trade.

Situation looks hopeless, all documents I send are being rejected in very short time with the same generic auto responses. No responses on reddit, Facebook or anywhere. They reject a scan of a passport for not being readable.

What is the way to enforce pressure to get money back? Hunt their twitter and social media?
I don't know why you have been chosen HitBTC than Huobi exchange, I had been used Huobi so many times and I don't have any problem.
Probably that isn't rejected, because as a FAQ said, you can contact them if you have pending KYC requests over 3 days.
You can contact it here, https://support.hitbtc.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?.

Their Twitter social media isn't now available but probably this is their Telegram group, https://t.me/hitbtcpumpchat.

Next time you need to have research first, but just try to contact them because I have doubt that they are poor on customer support they can't accommodate all client's issues and complaints!

You are one of the hundreds of victims and complainants that have suffered and lost money to the scam exchange. There is nothing that can be done here except make an accusation against them and hopeful it helps someone avoid making a mistake you made.
The worst is they will ask you for KYC and every other document but still you won't be allowed to access your money as most people have complained.

I am writing a story from my brother. In December 2018, my brother decided to replenish the balance of 2.6 btc on hitbtc. Some time after the trade, he decided to pick them up. He was asked to go through KYC. He submitted all the documents. They asked him many times. different documents all the time. He suffered this humiliation. But he gave everything that they asked. After that, they assigned him a Skype call. Nikolas from Hitbtc will introduce his case sends him the same letter with the same content. He was blocked in Trolbox Hitbtc. Telegram support does not help. I write to them every day but they say that they cannot help us with anything! This is the most terrible exchange. My brother from India is big money for him! he is very poorly maintained that he cannot write here!!!

Fell very sorry reading your brothers story! It's totally worst when somebody such big money without  doing any fault. So learning point is don't put your big money in cex specifically Hitbtc.

ScamViruS please contact me about this. I am talking to Eurojust about these scammers and I am gathering as much evidence as I can. Do you happen to have a picture or video of the guy who did the skype call?
