Dear xxxxx,

Fiat deposits and withdrawals will not be processed until we change our bank requisites.

Please note that all services such as cryptocurrency deposits/withdrawals and trading are fully available.

Thank you,
HitBTC Support Team

So they're having problems with their bank.

My advice - buy bitcoin (or bitcoin cash or litecoin or ether or whatever) and withdraw.

Convert your Bitcoin with other cryptocurrency like ETH,LTC,or another one that you like. Then withdraw them from Hitbtc wallet to another wallet and sell them with bitcoin. Then make withdraw, If you did google you can found suitable exchange for you.
I am not a user of Hitbtc. Every time i found there low volume.

Never lose your 2 factor authentication with these guys. Ive been waiting 3 weeks and made multiple tickets and emails. Ive sent them plenty of evidence iam the account holder but they still ignore me. Im using the same ip ive been logging into and gave them info only the account holder would know. Now my emails are being rejected and ive had bannings from the chat with trying to ask for help. It doesnt look like they want me to recover my coins.. They say they send your ticket to the tech team but ive heard that before and had no reply.

fiat withdrawals are also unavailable at the moment. We will provide you with the new payment requisites as soon as they are available.

Please let us know when they tell you what the 'new payment requisites' are. I have many of the same questions myself
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fiat-out-of-hitbtc-1108283

All services such as cryptocurrency deposits/withdrawals and trading are fully available.

Of course they are!

They ran into banking problems and it became impossible to withdraw fiat (Euro in my case). They will then make you jump through some ridiculous "verification" loops and in the end tell you that it is impossible to withdraw fiat for some new (made up) AML regulations. But they will suggest you buy some crypto and withdraw that. and voila: you are on the high bid-side yourself.

Their platform and price competitiveness.  Wink
Nothing can be done without cash injection/withdrawals as I am not a fan of alternative currencies.

Dear Customer,

Please note that we are currently changing our payment requisites. While we are working on this, it is impossible to deposit fiat funds to your account; fiat withdrawals are also unavailable at the moment. We will provide you with the new ayment requisites as soon as they are available.
This process might take up to 2-3 weeks.

This change does not affect cryptocurrency payments. All services such as cryptocurrency deposits/withdrawals and trading are fully available.

Thank you,
HitBTC Support Team
