-Not following the instructions explicitly
-Not submitting your Helium address by the expressed due date once this was announced
-Cheating the bounty program with multiple accounts
-Participating in the signature campaign with negative trust
If none of these criteria fit your situation you can send me a detailed personal message to find the reason why you were not included during payouts.

The coins in the wallet are not yet displayed. I have a wallet version 0.16.0

As I work on sorting out the details and running payments tonight I'd like to let participants know that you should be happy. After all the waiting it appears MANY accounts were abusing the bounty so the final number of participants who will actually receive payout is much lower than the initial spreadsheets suggest.
This means larger payouts for the users that did not abuse the campaign rules, or the forum rules.
