It's not a problem ! As you read - the entire site (and possibly some Mintlayer services) is currently being updated. This happens when the functionality of the site is updated, new functions are installed, maintenance is carried out after changes on the site. I am sure - tomorrow or in the near future everything will return to working condition!

The maintenance should come with more advanced futures so it's worth the wait. It might not be long enough anymore the whole Maintainance process would be done then you can go ahead with the sign up

I am sure that the system update is connected with the launch of the test network, which means connecting the productive system to the site. Source: FIVE days til testnet Launch!
