In crypto you have to have confidence and also patience, and if you do not have it then you will easily panic. Hold, even though the current price is down but the future may increase, and if you sell then you will lose.

Selling this dip is actually a risky idea. We might have big losses if we'll all sell during this market dip so it would be better if we'll just continue hodling until the market fully recovers gain. The right time of selling and buying matters most for us traders.

Being panic is not a good thing if you an investor.

I can say that selling on red market not good decision either. I sold some tokens cause I need money and now they got x2-x3. Unfortunately I need some money and I decided to sell some coins, but I think this is not good deal when you're selling when market is unstable.
If you want to sell just wait when price will go high.
Only you know when you should buy, so there are no good or bad market when you decided to buy, cause it depends on your wish.

I think it will be better for you to hold this period because selling now will only be at more loss as the price are very low but if we continue to hold till the market recover, I am sure the price of coin will begin to increase and then we can sell and make reasonable profit on our investment.

Holding altcoins which is potential is good to hold and you will get more money on this if you patience to keep. But if you think the altcoins that you holding or have is not potential coin anymore just sell it to avoid losing some of your capital.

it seems that it's up to you, if i become you and are in need of money to pay for a very important requirement then i will sell it and use the assets i have to pay for it, but if it is not in need of money then better hold.

The circumstances as time goes by are indeed more suitable for trading/long-term investments on altcoins that do have more power especially ETH, well anyway there is no reason to leaving crypto.. it depends on the coins we pick. The top coins still look to have a future that will be better and more desirable to many people until it will last forever and more supported.

i dont know if i did right or wrong but i have been holding altcoins from the beginning and my portfolio is dropping bitcoinwise as well. but i dont want to sell them because if i sell i would be accept my losses.

There are many investors in the same situation as you and I think this is not the time to sell because it is no different than you are giving away your property. The market is recovering and investors can trust the coins they have invested so that they do not panic and sell in regret.

After the previous altcoin crash, all the coin prices fell too much. so many people started to say hodl. I find the hodl preference more accurate and I do not sell too.

With the current situation of the market, people should give more preference to more buying because already the price of those coins went very low in the market and this makes people hold the coin because they bought them at the high value.
