I think holding longer is not a greedy thing. all users want the maximum profit from every trade they do. yeah you're right that many users can not hold their bitcoin on forever they certainly have limited patience. therefore holding and smart in analyzing to know when the right time to sell is very important. you should be able to analyze when bitcoin prices will stop rise and then you sell them. so after you sell it you can buy again after the price goes down. btw for now I prefer to hold

this is the worst moment for selling, we all know it will go up soon, you should actually buy or hold
For me it dont make sense to hold or sell. Its always the same: When im Holding, the price dumps. When im selling, the price pumps. And this happens always seconds after i sold!
Just hold at this moment the market is in correction but something goes wild in the cryptoverse which will benefit other traders always remember to invest wisely and dont panic sell.
In my opinion you don't should sell when the price down but sell a part just when is very high, i think this is a long term invest then i will sell just when my crypto currency will be so high up to change my life
Holding it, in my opinion, is the most profitable. I hold good coins for long periods. I can profit very little by trading.always hold is gold.If Bitcoin is stable, then good trade. Because The market depends much on Bitcoin prices.
If you become a holder then it is best to plan on keeping that Crypto for as long and as best time to sell as this will ensure you do not sell everything when it is profitable and you Should sell all when the goal is achieved

It's "pump" not pamp mate. With what's happening to bitcoin now it's preferable just to keep on holding. We have seen it pumped at $19,000 and if you want to see it again at that price then you shouldn't sell for now. You need to be more patient. I'd rather wait for a longer time than to sell at lower price today, there's no need for me to push myself and chasing profits at lower price. Hold or sell , sometimes it is really tricky to us which of this two we will going to done. I hold my coins if the price is below to the price which i buy it and i sell those coins if the price is high as i am expected. But sometimes , we are lossing such coins because of our panic sellings.
Every investors wants to increase their profits more so they hold on but in sometimes we need money for urgent needs so on that time sell bitcoin on that day in a good and correct time gives you a good profit.

because like me im aiming for 20-40% until i get it i will not sell,even if it takes
months or years.because i believe that coins prices has their time of growing
maybe this years not.but the other years they will ..unless were talking about

Each decision must have its risk, as well as dibitcoin. We do not know the price of bitcoin rises or falls even at the very lowest point. We must be good at predicting bitcoin prices, although we do not know the future. We should wait for higher prices in a condition that the money is not needed daily or just for investment.
According to me i am in the favor of holding because if you sell all your bitcoin then you will start again from zero and it will take too much time to come to the present worth. bitcoin is very useful for making investment for doing trading of this currency and still we love it because it is the modern era currency we can do a lot of jobs by this it is good for transfer of international funds.
I prefer for holding but depends on the market and coin.I am holding some altcoins that will grow up very strong in the future. I believe that holding is better but we should not sell altcoins. I think all altcoins will be high price in the future. But i always prefer bitcoin for holding. bitcoin price increasing day by day. nowadays bitcoin price $19000 in the future bitcoin price will be higher.
Yes that is always profitable to you. Like you can say this as a better way to do such thing. Long term investing is always profitable, no doubt in it but still there are many people who have suffered such huge losses because they had held bitcoins for much long tome and then some big dip came and they become panic and sold everything. So they had loss. Hold until a better profit is achieved. 
the best way to know when to sell or hold is that you have to research and set own strategy for each coin. if not, you will be easy to confused when the market fluctuate.

Holding is the best solution for you. When holding, you have chance to gain more profit in the future.. but if you sell, you just get little profit, i think everybody wants to get more profit and ofcourse it will be better choice than sell fastly, we have to be patient in holding, that's the key of profit when holding..
