For now, it's better to hold the bitcoin for mean while. Because I believe that the price of bitcoin were continues raised up. However, I was confused if I made a right decision or not. But hoping that my prediction was right.
Of course you have made the right decision to hodl. Don't forget that we might see SegWit get finally activated this year, and when that happens, you can kiss sub $3000 goodbye.

You just need to make sure that you don't fall for the panic dumps that happen occasionally. As long as you just keep hodling your coins, you won't lose anything ~ only those that sell will lose.

I think for now, it's better to hold the bitcoin
as I are expecting that the price of bitcoin is going more high therefore, I want to collect good amount of bitcoin. Because holding will assured a good profit rather than selling, because Bitcoin still has a strong potential to keep going up.

this depends on the time of development of the project. Keep if it is a good project and potentially powerful pump and let sell when profit has exceeded the threshold.
Yes its really depends on the currency if its developers find a way to expand the volume of marketcap it will let the price increase itself. Those coin that really increase is those legit coin so as a result the developer of this coin will be serious on it. Therefore, I conclude that is better to hold for a long term.

Depends on a few things Id say 1) long term, swing trade, or day trade. 2) fundamentals behind the coin 3) risk tolerance

All those things combined should give you an indication of what your game plan looks like. That being said, I do find exiting a trade to be the hardest part. Entering is a lot easier, but timing the top of a long position or bottom of a short is equally hard. I would say that perhaps scaling in or out is in your favor as it minimizes the risk and also makes it so that you are not so stressed to time the exact top or bottom of a trade. I have found these things have helped me and will continue to employ them whilst learning new methods and getting better at this trading thing. GL and happy trading!

I usually trade when coins are in high volume, just short trading. 4 days to a week and i'm out to take profit and will look for another coin. I hold some coins which i think is worth holding for future. Most of them are in the top coin market cap.

In reality nobody knows exactly that which is the best time to buy or sell on regular trading, everyone want to get a highest profit margin but where it comes they don't have idea. For long time investment traders expect a high profit and sell on approximately peak value, but on regular basis trading i think even about 10 to 15% profit is good.

I usually analyze last some days. If it is a sudden increase, i would rather sell. But if it is gradually increasing, i will tend to hold.
I agree with this, but I once made a mistake with my analysis when my analysis said prices would go up but quite the opposite happened the price dropped 60% and that was a fatal mistake for me. Cry Cry
Its not really an analysis if you are really making analysis in trading you check the movement of the price we are just giving a prediction for me.. just like now this is the time again to buy bitcoin for a low price again from the crash few hours ago.. for everytime if there is a huge crash buy few bitcoins it gives you a chance to make a profit if the price go back to the maximum price like $2,900 so buy bitcoin today and wait for the price hit back even $2,800 it can still gives you benefits because of the low price today..

In trading how do you know if it is time to still hold or is it the right time to sell? Do you go buy your profit margin  or actually wait for the highest possible peak?
For example if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?
In trading everything can happen, sometimes the price rises drastically or gradually increases, usually most people sell when in a position to rise drastically or suddenly and arrest if it rises gradually.

Damn I sold a little chunk of bitcoin at basically the lowest point of the price dip, hoping it was going to go to 2200 and buy up again but i guess not

Man don't wish that bitcoin will be back at dip only few traders and newcomers want it to happen. I'm holding for better so when the price gets higher that is going to give me a good profit in return for being a patient holder. $2,200 is possible but still it's going to be the best thing if bitcoin will be having a new floor at $2,500 - $2,600.

If you don't need instant cash urgently, you can sell in panics.

If you're relax about the capital, let yourself hold on.

If you can't decide, hold it as well.

It's simple I think if you hold the chances of your getting good returns are high otherwise you can sell them anytime but such thing applies to only those coins which have a good number of people supporting or holding it and has established itself but in case of new coins I often sell them at 10-20% profit

Though the price of bitcoin seems to be quite good as it has reached the new all time high. Once again it keeps growing, for which I believe holding will be the better go, if there is no emergency requirement to convert it to local fiat or spend for unnecessary needs.

Holding will be the best option nowadays as there will be new comers that are now studying their potential to bitcoin. As my choice, I will remain holding my bitcoins though there are times that I'm thinking of selling it in times of need. But I will stick to my plan that majority of my bitcoin assets will be on hold.
