If you sell your bitcoins for his price, the bot will instantly place a sell order on the other side.

If you buy his bitcoins that he is selling, the bot will instantly place a buy order on the other side.

No matter which way you go, he wins.

Do you know how to sift gold out of mud?

This is the same concept. The bot is sifting your money out of the market at micro-increments each time the market shakes up and down!
So why not just follow the bots direction and profit? When the bot drives it up we sell, when it drives it down we buy.

This sort of crash might make some people who might otherwise only have mined - realize that it's worth having a few dollars in an exchange to take advantage of such dips.

I think these washouts are a good thing, at this stage. Those early adopter and early heist and "teenage millionaires" bitcoins need to be redistributed. The lower it goes the better bitcoins get spread out among investors and general public. It is a good thing in my book.

So... do not hold your horses, do panic. The sooner we get a capitulation event the sooner we move on.

Exactly my thoughts. Weak need to be weeded out. You can become rich by just being lucky, but you can never hold your fortune without having balls.

No it just pisses me off that I figured out how he's doing it but can't design my own bot because of time restrictions.

I can't do it as a human either.

yeah people often get crazy staring at the charts for days. when you see something moving while you are just staring, you start suspecting there's some mechanical being moving the price around Smiley poor crazies.

The guy that makes the comics here, should create a new comic of a character dreaming of bots in some way. Reading above made me laugh, thinking about the idea.

The bot guy is playing with you. He makes it go up and down, It looks like someone is buying a ton of btc, but he's not buying hardly any at all.

Example:

If the highest bid is $6.
And the lowest ask is $7.
You can place a 100 btc bid.
You can place a 100 btc ask at the same time.

What happens when you place an order for $7.01?
It APPEARS as if someone bought 100 btc at $7. In reality, there is no trade at all.

Imagine having a bot place bids and asks up and down the number line as other people spend a lot of money or sell a lot btc. It appears like there are a lot of orders on the market but you know their his because humans can't place bids that fast after a huge upswing! \\\\

He is using a random number generator and taking that number and adding/subtracting it from a prime or root number (whatever mathematical equation he designed) and making a spread. The numbers are placed in symmetric pattern from low to high to low.

You can tell when he is manipulating the market because thousands of trades will be made but the VOLUME HARDLY MOVES.

You seem to be the only one on this board who's paranoid about bots.  Do you have nightmares?
