I think the DDos attack happened as soon as they removed some blocked countries, My country was blocked when I was trying to register in past but not now.

Adkinsbet informed me today that they have been under extensive DDos attacks and as such they want to pause the campaign until they've been able to solve all the issues and secure the website. Hopefully you all understand and I apologize if this seems to come out a bit late.
