Indeed, HODL is a fairly safe investment strategy, but requires large capital and a long time to get a big profit from the increase in the price of bitcoin. I think so buying when it is bad and uncertain conditions seems like a bad idea. try to hold and be patient first. look for the right market conditions to buy. wait until the market gets better and starts to get crowded.

It's not always a bad idea. Hold, sell and buy must be based on an analysis. This is very relative because everyone has different start times, prices, and funds. Everyone has their own price analysis and benchmark.

Your correct, for those who still newbie wait for the time it will show a good numbers so that you will not regret it. But if you already invested you should hold it because of the current situation right now of the market you dont want to sell it because of the low value of it. Just wait and be patient.I think that it is necessary to keep coins not only for those who invested in bitcoin for a long time, but also for those who bought coins recently. The more people hold the coins, the faster the price will return to high levels. Especially as to sell at such low price as now nobody wants.
Why would a newbie what for good numbers when these are the best numbers for anyone entering the market for the first time. What should they wait? For the price to start rising so that they have fewer coins to buy with the money that they are planing to invest? i don't think anybody made a loss in crypto currency, you only loose money in crypto currency especially bitcoin when you fail to hodl and sell off at a price lower than the price you bought. So at this point of harsh war, hodling is the best policy ever, so hodl!!!
Don't worry so much of this bitcoin condition, actually for your information before we came in in crypto world bitcoin plays the same role. So the dumping and pumping is normal bitcoin activity whatever your situation. Everybody watching of bitcoin recovery so don't lose your hope because possible that it could give you a good fate.
It is normal in one business up and down the value especially in investing in cryptocurrency and we know the market price is unpredictable so we know this situation. Investing in bitcoin we need more patients to wait be optimistic and never lose hope cause if you have this kind of fate you have big opportunity to earn more profit in your investment.
it's not a bad idea either. because at the moment bitcoin is on the verge of being low and losing. It's good here that we invest and when we are stable we can profit again of course with unpredictable times. make this choice a wise choice for the future with patience.
In a short or medium term, I personally wouldn't invest a single penny in the market until I can be sure where it is going. I would perhaps for a long-term period only if I am sure to make a profit, which as of this stage nothing is showing a "potential" profit.

I saw still many people are making skeptical statements. If you really believe in Bitcoin then its no matter whats happening to its price.
I personally believe in blockchain technology. Which is really revolutionary and have potential to change worlds business and economic parameter.

It is an individual decision either to hold on or sell off their Bitcoin on the trading market. Some already gone crazy about their Bitcoin investment. i feel sad when people can not make a profit but i am more disgusted when people Panic. Maybe they have a very limited knowledge on the market of crypto currency. yet. that's their own decision.

True, Bitcoin is already -80%+. Its too late and better to think for long term. Or if you are very active in trading, you can play with market movements for a minimal profit. If you convert now to Stable coin/ USDC or tether , same...its too late, if the price pumps, you lose more.
If holding bitcoin at this stage is bad, then when was it good? When it was 20K usd? C'mon man, in times when no one likes price, we can automatically say that it's great time to hold, at least in past it was always like that.
