Ja. It takes n+1 PSU's to pull/replace one without shutting down... A single PSU cannot be 'hot-swap'. Simple slide out/in for (power off) replacement, sure.
The list of issues with this one:
1) Highest: it's a pre-order from an unknown
2) can't fit all that in the tiny box
3) Hey we have 22TH and the next one will be 28TH <- so why is the first one unreleased only 22TH?
4) It's better and faster than anyone else coz ... um why? <- to make people throw away their money and give it to them
5) some random miner in EU decides he wanted to make his own miners and managed to get people better than everyone else making miners ... <- ok that seals the "it's a scam" deal

The founder of Holictech is a big Farmowner in southern Europe - we have seen 2 farms in person and also had business with him in the past.
