Its a home silly rabbits not a shippable asset...

...So all the silly rabbits that don't want to purchase a home and don't have the BTC to do it, go post your negativity someplace else.  ANY INTERESTED PARTY THAT HAS ACTUAL BTC, I WOULD BE HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU AND GET YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A SAFE AND HAPPY TRANSACTION!

I'm super offended by this. No need for name-calling you careless turtle.

...someone that wanted to move to a small town in South West Missouri.

People want to move to Missouri?  Cheesy
Missouri is where you go when West Virginia won't take you.  They'll bend you over the RC Cola machine and propose marriage to you right at the rest stop.  What do you think the big arch symbolizes?

Why don't you post the address of your house so we can have a look? So you can actually get some interested potential buyers.

As far as international shipping goes.... I doubt it'll fit inside a ship, lol. Plus, you are buying the land, not the house itself. The house itself might only be worth, say half the land's value.

1. Re-edit your thread with the actual MLS listing
2. Add your bitpay on the listing or on this thread if youre serious

But at this point I think the thread isnt taken seriously..

bitpay wont do a transaction that large without a ridiculous amount of kyc, then the still might not do it.

The deal -- trying to do a good thing by assisting in the selling of a home.  I don't know the exact address but I can get that.  It is located on 3rd street in Ava, MO.  About half way between the High school and the old historic square where the court house is located.  It probably will not be listed because they are planning on selling it quickly, however if it does get listed I was told the listing amount will be greater.  A serious person will be able to get all the info they need and all the security they need for the transaction.  They just completed the house except for some outside painting.  My brother-in-law will get me the entire details along with lots of pictures when he is finished.  So when I have all the information I may repost.  I guess I should have waited and posted the same time they listed the home in the local newspaper.  Just trying to give my BTC family first dibs just in case there was someone that wanted to move to a small town in South West Missouri.  :-)

What's the deal, OP?  You can't give an address?  Is this going to be listed with MLS?  Without simple info, I don't think anyone will take you seriously.

Shut up Tom, he knows what he is doing. You just said what the rest said.

I do agree it could be moved with a very huge effort.  I don't want to deal with that . . . so no shipping.  Any really interested person, contact me and I will get you the pictures.  I will also get you my brother-in-law's contact details so he can answer any questions about the remodel work.  --- I know it is a long shot that anyone with that much BTC would want it in that area.

Historic homes get relocated on a regular basis.  It's not far-fetched.

First off I am serious.  I understand everyone is wariness of scams, but you don't have to put out all your negativity.   Its a home silly rabbits not a shippable asset.   I don't think there is anyone on the planet with that much BTC that is not going to have all their questions answered --- that includes all the proof you need.  For this transaction, no funds would be transferred until the dead was registered with the Douglas County Recorder.  (Ava has all the county offices so it is quite easy to do since the home is about 1/3 of a mile away from the recorder.)  We also won't be scammed through a long distance transaction so if you are not planning on visiting the home we would have to go through a local title company.  So all the silly rabbits that don't want to purchase a home and don't have the BTC to do it, go post your negativity someplace else.  ANY INTERESTED PARTY THAT HAS ACTUAL BTC, I WOULD BE HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU AND GET YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A SAFE AND HAPPY TRANSACTION!

Is there really someone here who will buy this house from this newbie just based on pictures ?
I also would not recommend to go visit him to see the house, might be a trap and you will be mugged and your phone, wallet and anything of value you happen to carry on you stolen. I have seen this kind of thing done in many places.

Shouldnt take this thread too serious, since none of the required things are present.

Even if the op was in a rush, there should be the basics which you see none, so its safe to say move on lol.
