First of all, one review contains only 3-5 sentences which shouldn't take a lot of time and effort to write. Secondly, everyone decides if it is worth his or her time.

Not all the info is mandatory as you can see during the registration process (if there is no * you don't have to fill the field). However, the more information you provide, the more targeted content you can receive, which is a good thing.

I believe all ICO groups have been approved, can you confirm?

ETH has lower transaction costs, that's why.
