Wow,if those things are true, its a good news for us as crypto supporter because time will come maybe in the near future our country will be more popular in the crypto currency and in that way cryptos will be more expensive and we can earn more in the crypto world, so good luck for us.

...unless if you are a big politician who has hidden your asset in crypto. Just like Pacman, do you think he has a lot of Bitcoin now?

Also take note, that politicians aren't well convinced with digital money, and yes, even Pacquiao, I also doubt he holds more than 10BTC, it's true that there are  news that he made an investments but where? He's not an active trader and that is a fact, he's not even active on congress and how can we believe that he's active and still using crypto? He isn't a miner also, I'm just thinking that he just converted some of his money into BTCs just to show to the public that he is fond of using crypto.

Maybe they just don't like the idea of not being sure in what they are investing? The advisor of Pacman might have an idea so that he could invest this X amount of money then just see what would happen. I think it's not Pacquiao but another person who manages his funds or something. He will be just enjoying life, he deserves it too.

I didn't expect that Iloilo would be the first one that I would be known to buy/sell a property with cryptocurrencies. As I have read in the article, they are big supporters of cryptocurrencies, which is not bad. It is based in Iloilo, when would it be in NCR? I'm just curious how it would affect in transferring of properties or something with papers etc.

I hope one day, I could buy a house with just cryptocurrencies here, maybe still in Manila but it would still be nice to think about. It is never wrong to dream and have a goal like that right?

Yeah, it seems to be a big money but I doubt there will be some transactions will be made for that, In fact in this times, It may be hard to believe that there are anybody out here that hold more than 10BTCs.
This thing also came up my mind, ain't know if there's someone held even more than 5 BTC or unless if you are a big politician who has hidden your asset in crypto. Just like Pacman, do you think he has a lot of Bitcoin now?

Talaga? Smiley
Don't be afraid mate, Cryptocurrencies are very well known now, here in our country as an internet currency.

I mean mas safe parin segoro eh change nlang, crypto to fiat para bumili sa ganyang kalaking halagang property, kasi maraming bogos dito sa pinas, malaho bigla crypto mo. Smiley
In my own I feel safe in using crypto as a payment, imagine if you stored your Bitcoin in example Ledger Nano s. You're just holding like USB/flashdrive worth of 4.5M pesos whereas using fiat how many attache cases you need to carry as a payment which is very hot to the eye of the thief. Cheesy

The only thing is, how much will it costs? (I'm too lazy to open the link Tongue )

"Buyers looking to buy the said property should be willing to pay with around 24 BTC at current price."

Ang 24 BTC ay nasa around 4.5 M pesos.

Pano mo nasabe ?

Wag ka matakot kuys  . crypto is a currency talaga , for real !

Medyo risky.

Nice move somehow but because the buyer will buy it in P_ (I don't know how much it was) Million worth of btc/ltc which means he can have the chance to earn more profits once crypto price uprise. On the other hand, if he change his mind then I think there's nothing too much to lose because he can still take it whole (not totally whole because of few fees of course) if you withdraw now.

Actually, I'm not worrying on seller's sake because if he sells his property for crypto then for sure he is also a crypto investor in which aware of the risks of losing and can handle it at the same time.
Mabenta man to o hindi ang magalaga eh good news padin eto , kase madame na talaga ang nakakakilala sa crypto  .
Why not? For me it is quite nice because it has a modern design (the trend nowadays) and besides it seems that it is within a subdivision so security for your family is just a minimal concern. The only problem is, Is there really a crypto holder with such amount of money and willing to spend it for a house? Well, I don't think so because all of us are business minded — we always want to make most of our assets and selling it is only the last resort.

I've been searching for the accounts of the owner of these for sale house and lot, I noticed that they are also a crypto enthusiast and have a fan on an ideal business related with crypto stuff. Lol, I'm curious of them that's why I've trying to investigate just a little on their personal background.
Well, that is very interesting there are also rich people here in the Philippines who adopt and accept Bitcoin and other cryptos as a mode of payment. I also heard before selling their poverty using cryptocurrency as payment here in our country.

By looking at the pictures it seems nice. And built with quality materials. The only thing is, how much will it costs? (I'm too lazy to open the link Tongue ) the offer might be a good start for us here in the philippines, for we really dont have enough transactions using digital money in our daily lives.

Though, I just hope that this won't lead to any frauds.

This just shows that crypto currency is taking some steps with a real world usage.
For sure yung seller is also into crypto and he think this was a good chance to promote na rin ang crypto dito sa atin. This was just like hitting 2 birds in one stone.

Not bad at all.
