Im assisting a friend with the sale, just because I believe it could potentially sell through bitcoin rather than traditional methods. Im able to get any answers to questions, thats no problem, I already know they wont swap a dominos for this Cheesy

Thanks

bump - no bitcoin millionaires need a manor??  Grin

If I was a millionaire, not so sure I'd want to announce to the UK government I'm a bitcoin millionaire...

On topic, I saw a guy online accepting bitcoin for renting his canal boat.

What a beautiful house, alas I do not have a few thousand BTC to spare. Not sure that the UK is quite ready for house sales in BTC yet, but that day will come and soon I hope.

I have been informed that the property can rent for as much as £1000 per week as a holiday let, and could achieve upwards of 30 weeks a year occupancy. I think the management fees are around 25% for this service.

the price is fantastic.  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked
Well I don't know about that it is after all 1.25kk Euro. There must be something wrong with that property. Real estate like that aren't cheap. Or maybe owner has a lot of debt. I would be curious with this one, none the less nice house.

When people post things on bitpremier they don't use JUST bitpremier right? I would think they post it on other realter websites for USD/euros and just use bitpremier as a sort of fallback advertising campaign. Just my thoughts though.
