Also - just ignore any user that posts a stupid fake coin. That's what I've been doing and it's working!

If there was only some sort of position on the forums where a user could moderate posts....a "mod" if you will....wow, wonder what it would be like to have one of those.

I agree it's become a nightmare to find information here. You really have to bookmark every interesting thread because it gets covered in an avalanche of Penis, Vagina and Poop coins.

I am starting to quite dislike this, it was fun to be here and see some interesting launches, but it's getting ridicilous now.

Mods should screen some coins on the forum. It is ridiculous to watch how they are destroying alt currency with those socalled funny coins.

As long as censorship didn't get out of hand I agree. However remember that these are ultimately Bitcoin forums, the mods probably don't care about alt coins effectively nuking their own reputation.

Once and a while it's funny, but it's at the point now where people don't want to click any new threads assuming every coin isn't real.

We should have a couple dedicated threads for joking around, the rest should be legit.

I vote for locking/deleting a lot of these junk threads.

Or even better, how about a dedicated subforum for purely joking around.  That actually would be perfect.  It would keep things neat in here, and it would also maintain the benefit of the extra forum activity, since there are clearly a lot of jokers here, which is definitely a great thing and an essential component to the life and vibe of a place.  I just think this subforum should be more focused on making real things happen.

Lets all put our efforts together and make some of these coins worth something.

Come on guys  Cool
