Some Investors just wanted to ride on the NFT hype and bubble thereafter when the NFT market becomes saturated saturated they move on to another new hype this won't last for two years as you rightly said and investors are always after any bubble that will fetch them instant profits, I remembered vividly IEO hype few years back which trended for a while before it became thing of the past, some investors are always after rave of the moment thus utilizes whatever benefits they can gain from it.

NFTs will not take the place of altcoins or bitcoins in the future but they will be the main part of cryptocurrency in the future. You can see Binance is launching many new projects in the NFT marketplace and most of the new projects have Non-Fungible Defi Token (NFT). I am thinking to invest in these NFT.

NFT is a hype but in a form of "it's making sense".

Lots of new projects are now being driven by NFT hype and take note, even amid the bearish market several weeks ago. Currently, there are NFT based projects that rocking the crypto world.

But don't take it as a "future of crypto" as OP is asking about. That kind of question by OP has just raised because of the pullback that happened to bitcoin from around $60,000 to the current price. Remember, past performance can't guarantee future results but bitcoin already proves that no matter how worst the market is, the rise is always guaranteed. Patience, people.

The main problem has been the FUDs. They just destroyed the market and Bitcoin price has gone down to these levels due to this reason. And it feels like we won't see the market recovering until the end of the summer.

When it comes to NFTs, idk. Because its popularity has gone down sharply. Binance may be affective for rejuvenating the NFT market but it may not last very long.

I think future of Cryptocurrency is certainly bright. Bitcoin will increasingly become valuable just by it's design! Many naysayers never thought in their widest imagination that bitcoin could sell for $1k let alone $60k. Now we know these prices have already been reached. As a Cryptocurrency investors, I see bitcoin reaching $100k and beyond and this will have huge impact on Altcoin as well! I believe this just the beginning of better days for Cryptocurrency!

If we looked on the market we can confirm that it's not, we are still in the bull run it took some time to shake off what Elon musk has done and we are doing great right now, it's slow but investor's confidence is going back we must trust the process, we soon get past the $40k level and go through the $50k level, if we have no bad news coming or no FUDS coming from Elon there's a possibility of Bitcoin reaching $70 to $100k level.

If NFT is still here by next year, then we can say it's not just hype.
The good thing with crypto is there's a lot of platforms that will be introduced and some create some real hype.

And it's a good thing because it means that developers are really working to develop their projects in the space.
The overall result is positive for the crypto market.

NFTs are just another form of collectibles hence how it can be the future of payment system? In my opinion, it is just another short term hype in crypto space so we cannot expect it to be sustaining for more time like how dapps are doing. When something is not having enough potential to be sustaining then how we can expect that to be the future of cryptocurrencies.

I believe only bitcoin can be the only coin which can stay with us to be used as a currency for our day to day life and if you look for something else to be used for an alternate for bitcoin or for your fiat then you may end up in disappointment in long run.

of course its not going to continue but there soon be a time again for the rise .
this is normal and there is no main problem but there are factors that contributes to the decline of the price and they can be panic sellers , they panic sell whenever they hear a bad news or see the price declining and manipulators too .
nft is new but they are not the future because we also have ico , ieo and others before and they say the same thing but they didnt go well .

Crypto prices are falling but it isn't a new thing in the crypto market, its just a daily routine if you are in the crypto space for a while. Or if you are asking about the bearish trend beginning then its still unknow because no one can actually say what will happen in the future.

But one thing NFT is just a hype, I won't be surprised it fade in the next few months so this is not going to be the future of crypto currencies.
