Yeah, indeed it is true. But the bonuses that you get is actually not due the casino system give false hope, but because you make a bet with the greedy, because you assume that the deposit bonus is useless and just as test run

No, you can't withdraw bonus if don't meet the rollover, they deduct your deposit first, and then is the bonus.
For example, if you have 1btc deposit and 1 btc bonus, so bankroll is 2btc in total.
