The Bitcoin price can't rise exponentially until Bitcoin is established enough for it to be difficult for any altcoins to dethrone it and it has proven that it is capable of updating effectively for any situations at hand. Bitcoin is very inconvenient right now so it needs to develop if it wants to stand any chance of actually getting into the mainstream. This long term argument and lack of action is not what anyone would expect if Bitcoin were more significant and it should never be able to happen.

I'm not sure the year 2017 the price could reach $10000, an indication we can see this in 3 months, should've been in the bitcoin price $3000, and this year there is no halving day.

Well i think very few would believe that it will reach that amount in years. Even the 10k figure would be hard to hit in 2-3 years so i think getting to that amount this year is pure fantasy. Perhaps 2.5k to 3k would already be a decent target for 2017

Do not put an end to what Bitcoin and its community can do, but I do agree that 10k dollar is very unrealistic. I am optimistic with Bitcoin but the way OP hyped us is too exaggerated. I have been thinking Bitcoin can be able to break $1500 this 2017 but with this recent political drama, it keeps hindering BTC of its price explosion. So I have lessen my expectation and think that Bitcoin with the current drama is lucky enough to hit $1400 this year. But if all this controversies end, and Bitcoin finally scale, 10k @2026 is very possible.

reach $10k on 2017 is impossible for me too but probably it will through $1500 by end of this year however i think this is pure of speculate but if we see the current situations i wish bitcoin survive $1000 above untill may 2017 bitcoin price in 2017 to reach 2000 dollar is very dificult, moreover to reach 10k dollar in 2017 is imposible

I think Indians are still using bitcoin, I've seen a topic here before that there are buying bitcoin for a higher price than the market hrmm 
and what is the main reason why it was banned there? They are great adopters though.
Banning BTC in a country can affects its current price value so its a loss.

That is not possible to reach like 10k$. We need to understand various global scenarios as well to determine this. Now India is planning to ban bitcoin and its going to make the rate stumble to an extent in coming time.

that is unexpected they said thta bitcoin was not banned anymore and indian people were also buying it in mass, why suddenly they changed their mind? are they following what russia did with bitcoin where they don't know what to do and keep changing their sentence...
i think it's just momentary while they reach a solution, if they regulate it it's better for them because they would get an additional money from taxes, people in their ocuntry moved to bitcoin on some extent after the ban of the big notes i rememmber

What can I say? Let's hope those numbers materialize. A lot of people lost faith and now it looks we can easily hit $2000 this year. 100k by 2026 sounds like a decent deal to me.

It is possible, but unlikely.
I have strong hopes for bitcoin, but with so many bad news around, the ETF rejection(actually twice now), and the potential hard fork rumors going around in the bitcoin community, but nobody knows when.
It's keeping everyone in suspense.
I doubt that bitcoin will hit $10000 this year, but $100k by 2026 could happen IF fiat collapses.

Thanks for the goosebumps! I've been looking for this type of encouraging videos about my long term plans in bitcoin. Though beyond of this drama's and everything with bitcoin still there are a lot of good and positive opinions and views with bitcoin which can had a very good impact for those people like me that are holding.

great video, but bitcoin still need a lot of improvement, I acknowledge that bitcoin already surpasses so many people expectation, but there are still many obstacle that need to be handle, because bitcoin still in growing process and the price won't be increasing too much in this state and I just wish your hope come true, so we can enjoy bitcoin profit

Nice video. And ya it is really easy for bitcoin to reach 2000$ within 24 hours but unfortunately there are many forces in bitcoin who don't want bitcoin to increase. Eg if there was literally 0 btc sold and only buying is taking place then bitcoin would have been really far now. Or even china not indirectly controlling all tje chinese people then we could see 2000$ worth of bitcoin.

It is everyone's dream to see a value of two thousand dollars and for that to happen we have to rectify the issues we have at the moment with the block size and if we could come to a conclusion on what the future holds and how the core is going to settle the issue we would see another bull run and a couple of good days is more than enough to see the price breaking new records. bitcoin price in 2017 to reach 2000 dollar is very dificult, moreover to reach 10k dollar in 2017 is imposible

If bitcoin manages to stay stable in performance and security it could become the diamond in cryptocurrencies while now is more like gold.
If the hard headed miner(s) stop messing around with hard forking and block size increases half a megabyte I'd say $1500-$1700 in this year
And if there will be no funny surprises in near future it is safe to expect $2000+ in the next year but throwing some numbers like 10K or 100K
Is childish dreams, it's best if we remain not in fantasy world and in the real one.

Bitcoin will reach 2000$ dollars if the high demand of the bitcoin users will continue to push it through, because if bitcoin back at 1300$ the bigger company in the entire world will also be supported to adopt the system of bitcoin. Convincing, well $2,000 for this year is very possible and I guess that we are already near into it, we just need to wait for it.
But with 2026, let's hope that it is very possible to happen but for those people thinks that this is going to happen, don't expect too much.

This video is convincing because the guy doesn't only state that bitcoin could rise and rise. He also says that if bitcoin falls below $700 he'll probably sell and if it falls below $300 he'll consider it dead.
Charts are fun to explain past performance but difficult to predict future performance...of course when the future is binary (i.e., up or down) the result is a self fulfilling prophecy half the time. Enjoy the ride or get out!

Unfortunately, if its by exponential growth, then the price of bitcoin should have reached like $10000 today judging from the past and the development we have seen over the years but the price of bitcoin is not just determined on the basis of mathematics as factors that are mostly not objective are the major determining factors.
