I want to know how Bitcointalk forum works, in terms of merit, joining a campaign, rules and regulation.

There are tons of beginner's guide in this forum. Utilize the search bar and put all of your queries and questions as this had been asked several times already.

For your convenience, this forum operates as the biggest cryptocurrency repository of knowledge. Tons of people are active daily and there are rules that must be followed in order to avoid getting banned. If you want to rank up your account, the merit system must be completely understood so you could start earning them, but this is easier than it sounds.

If your aim in this forum is to earn (which I do not think is not that of a problem), then your journey would be full of disappointments especially if you are too focused on merit earning while disregarding its primary purpose; which is to learn from this forum.

I can't explain to myself how in this digital age we live in, we have so many threads on this forum where people want to have everything handed to them on a platter instead of searching for themselves.
Besides, almost all important threads were stickied/pinned on every board especially here and this thread[1].

Lol... I Hope all that you know both in and outside of this forum were all self-taught. Sorry, i already got the information i needed.
Then closing/locking the thread ("lock topic" in the lower part of this thread) is a huge help to mods from deleting redundant/spam answers.

I have nothing personal against you, OP, but if we had the demerit function, I would give you a demerit for this post.

Just to point out that the bounty campaign guide linked further above is partial, and focuses on what are generally known as bounty hunting tasks. Those kind of tasks basically consist of spamming the hell out of your contacts, or if you’ve made an alternate set of social accounts, spamming the hell out of accounts that, in turn, are created just to spam the hell out of whomever they can.

Whilst many of us may have been there at some point, even for a brief encounter to test the waters, people that have the capability of engaging in conversations on the forum will rather go for signature campaigns (when and if their account reaches certain ranks generally required). Now this is quite different in nature from the former depicted in the first paragraph, and not all campaigns offer signature bearing in their campaign.

Some of the more aspirational signature campaigns are traced on this thread, though they do require generally a mid-to-high rank amongst their requirements for postulants to their campaigns. Nevertheless, there are some altcoin campaigns that seek lower ranked members as participants. In order to bear a signature, you’d need to become a Jr. Member first (>=1 Merits; >=30 Activity), and the idea is to participate in the conversations on the forum whilst avoiding spamming (big difference with what tends to happen with the social media tasks).

A good starting point to understanding signature campaigns would be this other thread, where I’d read through the OP, the included links to other threads, and the rest of the posts in the threads.

Start by reading the sticky threads in Meta: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0
If you have some questions after reading them: ask.

I am also new here to this forum, that is why I'm on stage of learning so far, and knowing what it should and shouldn't thanks
for this thing anyway, I will read and follows.

1. about merit read- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/merit-new-rank-requirements-2818350
2.This thread treats Joining bounty campaign- https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/my-first-guide-how-to-join-bounty-campaign-for-newbies-5041405
3. Rules and regulations; https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657
Read the thread, search the through google or through the forum for any topic that interest you. learn other crypto investing strategy and safety practices for your portfolio from the forum. You have the advantage of immediate response for your questions especially those questions that are new in cryptocurrency.

This is completely helpful to me to know everything here in the forum. I just came here to find more idea in terms of the cryptocurrency
and google was the first tool I made and type about bitcoin and crptocurrency. I just really came here to learn not for any other reason, But of course I need to abide all the rules and regulations does this forum have of course in the first place.
Thanks Sir.

You already have earned 5 merits so you might be aware about the same and now you only need 30 activity for your next rank of junior member but there are lot of such threads so avoid them at first.

Use search function or direct google optimized search is better for posts like this

Code:
How to rank up bitcointalk
Merits system bitcointalk
Rules and regulations bitcointalk
Bounty campaign bitcointalk

So you will get your answers as soon as you try to find them out but if you really want to rank up on forum and learn new things joining bounty campaign is not the correct way and focus on quality posting and learning on the forum first of all rather then taking earning opportunities only.

In fact, it is very easy, in a few minutes, to search this forum and find everything you are interested in.
Where are these users from?

I also don't understand why we have so many similar topics in this section of the forum.
Rarely it is real question from real newbies. Mostly it is not from newbies, just alts.

OP, you got the answers you were looking for, so I suggest you lock the topic.

It's interesting that he has been a member of this forum for almost a month, and he has already signed his message (in the official thread), which means that he is not ignorant of the forum rules and that he has already researched about this forum.

There's a pinned thread that you can read about forum rules but the rules about joining campaign because each campaign have their own rules to follow. In my opinion, you are planning to join campaign right?. If you are only planning that way then you won't be able to join right away which many campaign required you to earn merit for the past 120 days and most of the rank required merits. If you are only planning for that then increasing your rank will take too long to achieve.

To add to this, I think you need to forget about merits and joining campaigns for now if you are here to learn a thing or two. And how to get acquainted with the rules. In general bitcointalk is a place where we all learn for free, all you have to do is to ask the right question but before asking use the search box to check maybe your question hasn't been asked before. Then you can ask the questions on the right board and trust me there experts here that help for free

In terms of nerit earning you need to post constructive and helpful to others. And to join a campaign you just follow the campaign rules and how others doing that. You will find rules almost in every section at the top of the board.
