Profit can even only be attributed to investments and gambling is more like a win than a profit. It is an unexpected event and basically on luck. It is when you invest you expect that at least if done well, you can make some profit from your investment, but gambling is totally different cause you need to understand that there are just two equal chances which is either you lose all or you win more.

Gambling is not helping me or anyone at all, I every time when read thread like that ask the people to not to gamble there money because gambling just eat your money in the long run you always lose your money and house edge always win, First you will get greedy and when you will have some profit you will bet high and high and eventually you will lose all of your money so it is not helping us aside it is putting us in trouble. Just in case if you are lucky enough and have great luck and wins every time you bet or you have a great skill/strategy that how to bet and win money and how to win lost money then it will help you and will let you get anything you want, I have seen some stories that people went from nothing to cars etc

We cannot really control how everyone would treat gambling as we have our own justification why we are doing this risky game.
Some would say they do it for fun and they did well, so I guess that depends on how honest we are to ourselves, when we keep losing and there are times that we loss control then we should acknowledge mistakes in order to correct it and to enjoy gambling for a long period of time.

Yeah you're ,gambling makes your life miserable because if you involve in gambling theres no excuses that you cant be an addict of this activities.. I think gambling is good if you are a professional and have a lot of experience in it. You can earn a lot of money in it and also help you enhance your decision making skills. If you are born to be gambler then you can earn tons of money and buy whatever you want. But keep in mind that in gamble, theres always winners and losers so even if you are a professional you are not undefeatable. Allocate only the amount you can afford to lose. Dont go as far as selling all your properties hoping that you will win big or recover your lost money.

No one is born to be a gambler ! We just ended up meeting it here in this world and most of us just always want to try out our luck probably if the universe will smile on us and look into our direction. There is nothing professional about gambling and the only thing that makes you a pro is to know when to stop.

Yes, there are some games that I have heard people say some set of people are good at, but they are few and not all. Like you said, allocate only what you can afford to lose and just bust once you lose them all.
