better reward and referral commission will automatically attract more visitors to your faucet so 1st work on these tow things and rest thing will happen automatically only announce in micro earning forum .
First increase reward as nobody will waste their time for just a 10 satoshi reward. 50% referal commision will also not be attractive looking at the minimum reward you get per claim.
Hey, if visitors are coming to your site and finding 0 satoshis available, you're wasting every cent you spend on advertising it. You're literally burning money, since people would never come back to your site and waste their time there.

Start a thread on Bitcointalk - that seems to work. 
When your able to get almost always your balance filled. Try to add your faucet to one of the big faucet rotators. Most of them don't accept empty faucets.

Try traffic exhangers like hitleap or otohits i think it could work.
Traffic exchanger are not good when we talk about getting paid from adnetwork.I suggest you to index your faucet site in as many rotator sites as you can.

Bitcoin faucets are pure waste of time, you can get a lot of more bits if you visit altcoin faucets and change to BTC
Dont you think that Even if Altcoins give more of the coins, but when you convert them in BTC, its almost same in proportion ?

Yes i agree the rewards are too low. The lowest is 10 santoshi. It way too low. I suggest you increase the reward in the beginning and once you have good number of users, so can start decreasing the reward. If you got enough decent earning, you can keep with the same rewards. I hope it helps and increase your earnings.

You could start a signature campaign, it has been proven that using signature campaigns here to promote a brand is very effective, that's why the forum is filled with signature campaigns, it really gets the businesses a lot of traffic.
Other than that it's just the same as always, offer something that people would find worth their time and you will get natural traffic without not much of advertisements.

He's not asking how to make bitcoins with faucets, he's asking how to get visitors to HIS faucet.
@OP: You have to promote it through advertising, like a-ads.com or PTC sites.
